Zero stars is what they deserve. I ordered for several people. Everyone received what they ordered except for me. I ordered Sweet and Sour combination (just chicken, pork, and shrimp. No rice, no egg roll). Not combination platter. I called to clear this up but was told that they dont make that. I said that every Chinese restaurant does that. "We are different than any other Chinese restaurant." I dont think so. I was then yelled at by the cook, whom I could barely understand. I was told that I would have to bring my dish back and they would exchange my meal. Um, Im at work. Hence, the delivery. Then, I thought that he told me that he would make what I ordered (even though they dont do that, he would do it for me). Meanwhile, my phone is ringing off the hook so I call them back to make sure that we were all on the same page. I was told again that I could not have what I ordered and again, being yelled at by the cook, still cant understand him. Then I was told that he would bring me some pork and shrimp and charge me an extra dollar. Mind you, the meal that was delivered is sitting here getting cold, and still not what I wanted. I told them to just charge me for the Krab Rangoon and egg roll that I ordered and refund the sweet and sour chicken. I was then told that I had to, after work; bring them the food that was delivered to me incorrectly in order to get a refund. I have never had such incompetent service anywhere, ever!

Got home with the food, and did not get egg rolls (but was charged). Called the restaurant to tell them and say was on my way back to get my egg rolls and hoped theyd consider my trouble as it was a ways back. They refused to make mistake right, and hung up on me. I went anyway and they argued w/ me but FINALLY gave me my egg rolls (when store began to fill up) but Rude and BIG hassle. My lo mean was okay but wife threw away her order. Said wonton soup gave her an immediate stomach ache and soup fried noodles were stale plus fried dumplings were DRY with a bread like consistency. Bad service plus bad food equals BIG let down. Will not go back or recccomend.

We live in Brevard County however am over here in Tampa as my wife had surgery today and after a long day, decided to just have dinner delivered to our hotel room and called China Wok. All I can say is: We order Chinese delivery from the various restaurants over in Viera and if China Wok opened up a restaurant over in Central Brevard (a little suggestion here :-) ) , they would put all the other places out of business in short order!!! OMG the quality, flavors, quantity and value of their cuisine rivals anything weve had in years!!!!!!! Any time we need to come to Tampa, well definitely make it a point to visit China Wok!!! Thanks!!!

They have horrible customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS CHINA WOK. I made 3 seperate orders for myself and two other co-workers to meet delivery requirements. Which is $15 or more. James yen delivered the food to our business located on MLK. I waited an hour to receive the food. Although I paid he refused to give me the portion of my food due to the others being in calls. when I asked for my money back he left and said F*** you. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Can I give this place 0 stars?! This was my first experience with Chinese food since I moved to Florida and I can honestly say its the worst Chinese food Ive ever had. How did this dump get so many good reviews? The chicken was dry and the beef was so tough that it wouldnt break apart no matter how long I chewed it (I ended up spitting most of it out). Do yourself a favor and choose another take out place.

We always switch it up with what we order and are never disappointed. I dont know another place that gives you as much food as these folks do, at nearly the awesome price. Weve never had anything that wasnt delicious and weve never had any problems. The people are all extremely friendly -- even when you call a kind of late evening delivery when its raining outside. Also, they deliver.

Food was good the first 2 times I went. Then all of a sudden everytime I order chicken wings they would leave a lot of feathers on the chicken which look gross. Delivery takes about a hour although I live down the street from them so beware of that.

Good food. Terrible service. You cant understand a word the woman says when you ask her to repeat something or to slow down she gets an attitude. After spending 20 minutes trying to order over the phone I gave up and called someone else.

Best ny style food around, only real fried rice in area. The amount of food in a plate is enough to split between 3 adults. We eat there once a week and drive 35 mins and past 8 other chinese places for them.

LOVE that they deliver- and the food was great! I had General Tso {not spicy} with lo mein. Fried dumplings, and rangoons. Husband had spicy GT with rice and eggrolls. Lots left over.

Its pretty OK. The food is standard Chinese american but they put in the effort and it shows with their food. I have eaten there about 6-7 times and never been disappointed.

There is only one word to describe the food, NASTY! We ordered a few dinners; chicken, beef and shrimp and ended up throwing it all out. What a waste. Dont waste your money!
