We were here at about 7:30 in the evening. At that time, even on a weekday, it should have been busy, especially since its in a good location. There was no one there....and I mean no one. Other than the three of us, it was empty. That kind of thing always makes me wonder. We had had food from here once before, and it was really good. This time, it was kind of disappointing because the food was strictly average. We started with a small basket of chips and salsa. I had the tomatillo sauce, which was good, but the chips really needed salt. Im not sure they had any at all. I ordered the carne asada burrito with pinto beans. It was a decent size, but had a lot more beans than meat. The beans were overcooked, but the meat was good. It also had guac on the burrito, but there was very little of it (maybe a tablespoon) and it was all in one bite. The really odd thing was that I had two bites that were very spicy - like a chunk of raw habanero spicy! It wasnt supposed to be a spicy dish, so Im guessing that someone was making salsa and dropped some diced chiles into my burrito. Thats the only thing I can figure out. So, while the food wasnt bad, it was definitely average, which wasnt what we were expecting. Maybe we just hit them on an off night.

Clean, open, fresh mexican restaurant with a friendly staff and optional outdoor seating is dog friendly! The menu items are reasonably priced. They have a salsa bar (unlimited salsa!) And a self-serve beverage area (unlimited drinks!) The salsa bar goes great with the chips that come with just about anything you order, and the friendly staff offered even more chips when I was getting close to running out. My first time there they comped my lemonade, which always leaves a great impression. The food was very tasty and surprisingly filling. Definitely recommend!

Horrible experience, the management that runs this store has either no backbone or no awareness. When I walked in, I could not believe how filthy the tables looked, I felt like five people walked in the store and ate there before me. There were only a couple seats that I could even sit on. The prices for the food, which I will pay a few more dollars for are way too overpriced, I can get a lot more bang for my buck at the Chipotle Mexican grill. Honestly the manager here needs to take some classes on how to manage a restaurant or just find another job.

An excellent experience of Mexico food the order can be for dine In or out and the size of the menu items and sides are worth the price also if you have anyone that lives Spicey, vegan, or for meat you have a lot of opinions here on a bonus you can get free refills along with free nachos+a salsa bar the employees are also very polite and professional. Additionally you can get a free card that gives you discounts I hope anyone who reads this has just as good a time as we did

Ive been a regular since they opened, here almost daily and its for many reasons. The food is delicious , its always extremely fresh, fast , affordable and consistent which is key but one of the most important factors is the customer service. The staff is always very friendly and attentive and they never make you feel rushed. It is also impeccably clean.

Great selection, love tacos as well as the burrito bowls, never had something bad from here and the staff is always friendly. Go in there once a week and place a double order of steak to bring home and mix with whatever rice dish I am making Better combination of spices than Chipotle, with not all the meats being rediculosly spicy.

Restaurant is great, food is fantastic, and the cashiers and chefs are very friendly. Their food isnt salty compared to Chipotle, and I didnt care for Pico de Gallo until I had theirs. Food is always fresh and it never disappoints. If you want great Mexican food thats fresh and isnt heavy or greasy, no place compares to Zona Fresca.

Nice little Mexican spot for some grub. The burrito was thick and filling. Chips were tasty. Theres better similar food in the area but I would definitely come here again. The only downside is that its right next to a funeral home. Kinda killed my Mexican vibe when I saw a family crying 20ft away while I was munching on salsa.

Think of Chipotle.... Minus the food poisoning... Minus the overrated hype.... Nah, dont think of Chipotle at all. This place is great for a quick, walk-up counter Mexican meal. The salsas are awesome! Employees are awesome! Highly recommended! Try the salads with the lemon dressing! The soup is a good choice too!

Very good food. Non-greasy Mexican alternative. Chipotle is across the street but dont think they are the same. They are both good in their own way. Service isnt the best but they arent tipped workers so its expected. Convinient location and plaza isnt ever crowded with cars. Overall very good experience.

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Food is amazing, delicious and fresh. Staff is extremely friendly. The whole team including cooks are efficient. This is one if not my favorite place to eat. My husband loves the pork quesadilla and the occasionally 2 for 1 beers on Saturdays. Love this place.

I ordered for a party of 40. The food was great, delivery/set up was on time and very professional. I had to call them later for something I didnt have enough of-and they came back at 7:30 at night with extra. Very nice people and the food was fresh and yummy! My guests all complimented on it.

Was a great find, everything is really fresh and the people were really nice! The prices were fair and I asked for extra sour cream and guacamole, expected to be charged but it was given for free with a smile. Dont think Ill be going back to Chipotle or Moes anytime soon!!

I have tried this place 3 times now and I just dont like how soggy the burritos are. I believe I ordered the pork one all 3 times and when you go to take a bite all the juices just start pouring out the burrito. But the food does have a great taste to it.

Great food, excellent service. Fish tacos, taquitos, best burritos. My kids love it too. My wife and I were just saying how amazed we are that weve changed from a "pizza" family for years, to a "Zona Fresca" family the last couple years. Cant get enough!

It was my first time here, and I loved it! Excellent helpful staff, fast and friendly service, delicious and filling fresh food! They also have great pricing and lots of options (I highly recommend the Baja fish tacos). I think Ill be a frequent flyer!

Fresh, amazing food and quick, friendly service... what else can you ask for? You can get in and out fast but the fare is much better than any fast food option. I love the fish tacos personally but try whatever interests you, its all good!

My fiance ordered us the grilled veggie burrito & nachos and the portions were BIG for the small prices they have. I couldnt eat more than half. We sat outside, the restaurant inside was clean as well. Great customer service, too.
