I Would like to start off asking....Where are the compassionate and good hearted people? My husband and I live two streets away from Burger king. Our vehicle is not drivable at the moment. So my husband is getting off so late every day. (Bus riding ) an hadnt any choices were to eat. He was and still is hungry. He walks in the cold to burger king. When hes told the indoor is closed. So he didnt give up. People have to eat to survive! walks to Drive thru practically begging because nothing is open or walking distance. He was greeted by a heartless woman who refused to serve him. She said she wasnt allowed to it was against the rules. So I called her after he walked back home still hungry, and let her know how I felt! First off when I was young I work now a lot of fast food restaurant and customer service. As I told her I am sure of it that she has help family members out free food discounts. Etc.... it may not be in their rule book to allow somebody to walk through the drive thru but he had money Im a starving and very very down on his luck lately. As are most people going through very hard times. The point is Im sure that each employee including the manager general manager etc, has turn their heads and help their own people example family friends crushes boyfriends whatever you name it! We are regulars at this burger king and I feel like she could of put her head to the side look the other way made his meal got paid for it and all would be ok. Point is people should help people rules can be bended or broken especially when it comes to a human being that does nothing but work and provide. If that was her husband Im sure he would be resting now instead of tossing and turning hungry. I will leave it at that but like I said what happened to humanity and caring about other people? Besides your own family friends etc! It saddens me that people would be that way to other people especially when theyre hungry. I always try to help people thats the way God intended it to be. This world is a sad place there was no excuse other than laziness and wanting to be too damn bossy!! Im sure her family is asleep nice and full! Some people May think that Im blowing this out of proportion. But its a bigger picture people dont care anymore about anything but themselves!!!!!!!! .

This morning was my 3rd time going to this location and yet again I was asked to pull around, my food would be right out. I pull around, food comes out and not only are my sandwiches wrong but the French toast sticks were so stale i had to throw them out. Usually when you are asked to pull around its because they are out of an item and making it fresh , but like I stated before, this was my 3rd time being told to pull around and my items were wrong. Plus I was the only one in the drive thru and the lady was rushing me to take my order. I didnt even finish ordering before she told me to pull around and had to continue my order at the window ..which of course after being told to pull to the corner they got it wrong.This is fast food, barely any prep required like in a real restaurant but for some reason Burger King just cant seem to get it right. At this location and most of the others too. I will not be going back to Burger King again for a long time. And if I do I will take my time checking every item in the bag before I pull off. Fast food staff hate that but if you cant do your job right then I have to double check for you. I used to work in fast food years ago as a teenager at McD and they serve you better and treat you right unlike Burger King.

The food is okay here the service is also okay its not the greatest service in the world the cleanliness of the outside of the Burger King is not up to par I would not recommend the outside being judged based on the food on the inside once again it is a Burger King it is fast food thats what youre going to get come in through the drive-thru grab your food and come out I dont recommend some down eating here theres not a kid-friendly restaurant there is no play area for the children so good luck

There are numerous reasons i am writing this review. Let me start with me waiting in line for a while (I was the only person in line) and i dont mind waiting in line but i havent even gave my order yet to sit and wait at least. My breakfast burrito was sloppy. BUT WHAT REALLY GOT ME UPSET IS AS I WAS WAITING THIS LADY WHOM IS NOT IN UNIFORM IS WALKING AROUND THE KITCHEN TOUCHING STUFF AND THEN TAKE MY ORDER (THAT SHE GOT WRONG)I DONT EVER WANT TO EAT HERE AGAIN. Do not go to this BK unless you have a half an hour to waste waiting on food, and dont plan on getting onion rings. Be prepared to be spoken to rudely, ignored by the people working there and not getting the right order. I live across the street and I drive 4 miles out of my way to avoid this location. I honestly do not understand how the managers are still employed at this location, absolutely zero organization in preparing and ordering food, and no courtesy towards customers.

was in this location at 4;49 pm traing to call you store # but no anwser .order 2 tcrist plain and 2 orders of fries,was old chicken probaly allready expire from time was cook, taste that was cook on oil that was black and old.fries was not hot or either hot need at respont pplease order # 222 CASHIER NAME ROSE , TIPE TOGO CHECK 20023 AT 4:49 PM 10/28/2013.

When I pulled up to get my food they did not even hand me the full order and I think the guy that handed it to me was the manager which makes it even worse. They forgot my sons juice, they forgot his toy, the food was cold, and the onion rings tasted old like theyve been sitting in the warmer since lunch time. The french fries were stale and old too.

complete trash, the employees are idiots and would talk more to the other employees instead of you. One time this lady went full retard and gave me chicken instead of a soda. The environment looks like there was an explosion in the place then got trash and dumped all over the floor and was there for days. This place should be torn down

They never have biscuits in the morning, doesnt matter how early or late you go; and on more than one occasion Ive asked for cheese on my sandwich, was charged for it but no cheese....its my fault for giving the place a chance more than once but its right by my job.....guess Ill be going to McDonalds down the street.....

Update: Much Improved. Now, I dont have to drive to the one over by the mall. Worst Burger King EVER!!! I have visited this BK multiple times. The staff is just plain rude. I will go back because they are conveniently located for me. But, each time I visit I am amazed that the staff manage to keep their jobs.
