Horrible customer service, online it states they open at 12 noon and i have called to order twice in the same week to order for pick up but on different days and no one answers, one of the days i even drove to the place thinking maybe the phone lines were down and turns out the place was closed, mind you this was already 12:40-1:00 which is my lunch hour. i had to end up going to the taco bell right down the street on bird rd and on my way back i looked over and the open sign was then on. this was already like 1:15. i called to clarify their working hours so this would not happen again, i explained to the lady who answered what had happened and she stated she had arrived "5-10 minutes late". really? she didnt even apologize for the inconvenience. one time is okay, anyone can be 5-10 min late but twice in the same week is kind of really bad costumer service.

Really good food great places.always open late on weekends, 1st come 1st serve system fast food, sodas, water, juices, gatorades, 10 sauces, really good variety plus is one mile away from high way.after the party in south beach or the club ??? Where you drive thru?? Noo this is the place to catch up with your friends what happend while having fresh food. You wont go wrong here.

Okay, Im not one to give bad reviews. We walked in with friends. Im not kidding when I say there was a big as cockroach upside down on! I was so disgusted. We went on a recommendation but never will I eat there now. A customer saw that and had ordered his food and returned it on the spot. If I could I would give this place no stars.

The food took very long and it was because one the guys preparing the food was clearly high; he was doing simple things like adding the sauces and sausages at extremely slow speed. The food tasted really good but it wasnt worth it due to the amount of fat that youre eating.

Food is good but place is disgusting need serious cleaning !!! And train all their employee on health department rules ...the guy touch everything and prepare the sandwich ate the same time ...it was nasty but unfortunately it taste good but for sure u can get sick ...
