The service was outstanding. There was a line to the door when we arrived. We had just enough time to decide what we wanted before it was our turn to order. My wife ordered a lettuce wrap instead of a sandwich. When our order came up, it was made as a sandwich. I told the woman at the counter and she sent it back. A fresh wrap was made immediately. At the table, there was a constant flow of employees offering to bus our finished baskets and food items. I hope that is a normal thing that does not go away after the opening rush. As for the food, it was fair. The Zucchini fries were soggy and limp. They lacked any real flavor outside of the breading. The French fries were descent. The Grilled Hawaiian Chicken sandwich was quite good. It was moist, flavorful, and had just a hint of spice from the Sriracha slaw. The PDQ Beans & Rice was an interesting blend of flavors. Overall, the meal was ok. I wouldnt go out of my way to go back, but I wont avoid it, either.

I like chicken so I thought, hey a place that only sells chicken must be good. Place was crowded on a Saturday, menu was limited. Guess theres only so much you can do with chicken. After paying $8 for a grilled chicken finger basket then upcharge for combo. The garlic broccoli, too salty. My friend got the sweet potatoes, too much marshmallow and what tasted like artificial sweetner drizzled on them. The grilled chicken fingers where small and just not appetizing, definitely not filling. I thought hey the sauce has to be good, right? Nope, like their trying too hard to be something there not, a good healthy option. Never again will I eat there and pay those prices for something I can get better, elsewhere.

Just went for the first time. Building is nice and has an open floor plan. There is a nice hand sink by the drinks to clean up without having use the restroom. The food was fresh and yummy, though I am a picky eater so I had to adapt my order a little. My husband who is more adventurous enjoyed the selection. Did have a small snafu with our zucchini fries but they quickly replaced them and gave us a card for "free PDQ favorite" so awesome guest service recovery. Soda machines are the Coke freestyles with "good" ice (pebble ice.) We will go back again.

I dont normally take time to write reviews but I was very impressed with the service here. Food was ready very quickly and called out to me by name. Then an employee checked in on me to make sure everything was good and addressed me by my name (nice touch). When I was done I stood up and out of nowhere an employee was offering to take my tray while thanking me. The food was also fresh and good but good service in fast food is harder to come by. Chic Fil A has been know for their polite, "my pleasure", service but PDQ just raised the bar.

Greeted immediately, order was out before I finished getting my drink, friendly staff, amazing chicken and sauces, first time customer and asked for BBQ sauce I was pleasantly greeted with all of the different BBQ sauces, staff was actively cleaning or assisting with service. My wife is very fussy with chicken. I have seen her pick chicken apart for 15 minutes before finally eating it. She was very happy with the quality and began eating immediately. I will be going back again.

A step of above "fast food", PDQ is quality food, fast. If you like chicken then this is the place. Good variety, nice selection of sides. The rice and beans was a nice alternative to fries (theres an up charge for other sides but the basic French fries) . My son gave the tenders five stars. Its only real drawback is that its pricey. Over $17 for two of us. A family of four would hit $35, and thats a bit much for quick service. But all in all a solid 4 out of 5 stars.

They hit the nail on the head. Ive lived by a PDQ for a few months in Sanford, always wanting to try it, but never got around to it. Stopped in the Clermont location while I was out there for work and fell in love. I had the Thai bowl, it was amazing. Sadly I decided to stop in the Sanford location shortly after, but they didnt offer bowl options. So keep this option there! Its great for the people that like healthier options but dont donr feel like a salad!

1st time and last. I wasnt impressed with the quality of the food. I had a southern buffalo bowl pay like $9 and had small portion ,like 5 small square of chicken, the rice was hard and a lot of bufalo wing sauce, Nothing special. my wife had a $9 chicken sandwich with a sweet sauce and 2 pickcles. No cheese, lettuce or tomato. Service ! 2 cashier and more than 10 employees preparing food. Honestly i dont recommend it, but is your choice.

Our chicken tenders tasted weird, like cleaning products. The zucchini fries were mostly breading, and a soggy mess. The green tea tasted horribly artificial. The sauces were bland. My daughter and I both felt sick immediately after we ate. Now, here it is the next morning and I AM sick. Like, cant leave the bathroom sick. My daughter is still sleeping. Hoping shell be OK.

I was originally skeptical of another chicken place coming to this area of Clermont. In retrospect, I shouldnt have been this is the best of the chicken fast food places in this area. The food tastes great. I can taste the freahness of tbe meal. The service so fat has been fast, friendly, and personable. Ill keep coming back so long as the food and service stay this good.

I must say it was a great experience to go through when there system was down, I thought we would get turned away but it was the complete opposite. Their system was down but all the food was on the house because they couldnt swipe cards or take cash. Great service and well handled, not to mention the PDQ food was amazing. I will return and be happy to pay every penny.

Been there (Clermont) 3 times. Food is OK, but the last time was it for me. The kid at the pickup had the dirtiest fingernails Ive ever seen. That may not be an issue to some, but your handling food? No gloves? Filthy hands? Drank the soda and threw the food away. Didnt have time to get a refund or hold up the drive thru. Sorry. Not going back.

What kind of stupid fast food establishment has an age cut off for their kids meal? This has to be a joke, you have a drive thru morons. The chicken is average and not even on par with chic fila or zaxbys. Rethink your business model, your restaurant is not special and neither is your food.

Seems expensive. Food was just ok. Chocolate Malt was barely malty. Zucchini fries were not very good. A few of the chicken nuggets had a huge piece of chewy connective cartilage. Sandwich seemed small. With Zaxbys and Chick Fil A in town I doubt we will ever be back.

As a chicken finger fiend, I have to say, their chicken fingers have become my 2nd favorite in Orlando (number 1 being the Coop in winter park). PDQ has surpassed chick fil a for me, and thats saying something. Highly recommend this place, it is delicious.
