The truth is the service is the worst. Absolutely worst. But Ill be damned if it isnt delicious. I personally cant go there bc theyre so rude to me and Im always super nice and smiley but they still roll their eyes are scoff at me... Not just once but 5 times. So i have to make my boyfriend go. They dont give him any issue at all... You can probably guess why. But if were together they treat us like crap :( Its a bad area though and never go on Tuesday, people kept coming up to my car asking for food, money and if I wanted to buy something. I will always help someone who is hungry but this was... Terrible. But again the food is always good and fresh, the people who work there though? Atrocious. My friends have all had the same experience too. I hoped it was just me since I can be a bit too outgoing and friendly at times which can be annoying to some. I absolutely hate to say it but be careful. And if youre a young white girl dont even bother unless you can handle being treated like youre garbage. I realize this might come off as racist but thats not my intention at all, I just dont want to see anyone not prepared for that mess. Good luck!

For all the tasty food at this restaurant, they sure do it give bad service here. You walk in and the place is clean and everything looks in order. You can even see all the workers in their kitchen working at the same time. But these people have no customer service experience. I went to order my food and the person at the register barely acknowledged me at all, I didnt know if my order was understood or not. The register now-a-days display your change for you, but the cashier usually still says what you chance is. Not here. The cashier just took my money, looked around the store, put the rest of my order in, and then gave me my change. After waiting a few minutes for my food, I was asked what I wanted to drink. I asked for my cup that came with the combo, and this employee asked again very hastily and told me she had to get it. OK. This place has a fountain machine that the customers can get their own drinks from, but I guess it was out of order, but no sign indicated this. Id give this place a higher rating because of the food and the presentation of the place, but the customer service was just that bad.

I have been going to this specific establishment for a while. I must say that the service has gone tragically downhill. The staff has slowly started falling apart, such as fooling around and not helping out their customers. Today (June 27, 2016) there was a series of things wrong with the service I recieved. The staff seemed air-headed and took their time staring around and not serving customers as efficiently as they could have been, there was no manager when I asked for them, I stood waiting on my food for about forty minutes while the four to five customers that ordered after me had recieved their meals, there was no ice, no sweet tea, one of the employees was fooling around with their friend for the whole forty minutes I stood while waiting for my meal, and after everything, I did not recieve a receipt with the store number and information which I could contact the higher-ups with. After everything that happened today, I do not think I will ever return to this establishment. However, I do hope that the way that this establishment is run gets fixed.

My wife and I went there, I wanted the special I seen on television, they had no clue what I was talking about. You do not get refills like all other Popeyes due to the fact that they cant keep the street people from wondering in for a free drink.. That is not fair to the customer. The restrooms were locked and had to go ask for a key. The food was good , however i will drive across town and enjoy other popeye;s much better. My advice, make sure you lock your doors and watch out for panhandlers.

We went through the drive through over an hour before closing. We were told to pull around front to wait for fries to finish. Twenty minutes later Im knocking on the locked front door trying to get my money back while being ignored by the employees inside. I could see our food sitting out, they just didnt feel like bringing it to us. Finally some lady with an attitude brings the food out. Which both my roommate and I ended up getting sick from that same night. Dont go here.

Trash! Also the woman working the window rude and needs to take classes on customer service. How does a chick n place have no chicken? First time there and we just left bc of the rude service and lack of chicken. Wont be back ever! Will let others know about this location. Went to KFC and they had everything ready and it was delicious.

Everybodys comments are filtered. Its a bunch of coons working there. Coons coming in. The cook has gold teeth. But the truth is, the food is great and the service is to be expected from a bunch of slaves. Sometimes you gotta take the good with the bad. I feel better knowing we owned them at one time.

Worst Popeyes I ever been too!!!! First was over charged then the cashier tried to give me attitude because she must have felt as stupid as she seemed. Ignorant staff and worst Popeyes food i have ever recieved! Had to pay extra to dine in... You couldnt pay me to dine in that place again!

The food is always spot on. The staff act like your asking them for a kidney when you ask for jelly for your biscuits & sauce for your tenders. The food is always fresh and theres never really much of a wait. The price is a little high too. I just wish the people werent so damn rude

The food is great but the customer service is horrible they treat you like you dont matter half the time or even acknowledge your there. Ive been asked for money in the drive thru and received raw chicken at one point. I think they need to look into new management in my opinion.

The staff was rude, slow, didnt know what order was mine, soda machine didnt work, and after telling my order 9 times to 3 different people they still forgot my side that I added on to my meal. So i left missing a side and no drink. The food its self was good but not the service!

This review wont change a thing. This IS the worst place ever. The people here treat white people like crap. NEVER EVER EVER EVER have I had a correct order. Ever. Its hard not to go here when it is the only one near. I have to take a stand and avoid. The people are third class.

Its your typical Popeyes Chicken. The food is good, the restaurant is clean, but theres nothing special about the place except being a little pricey. Churchs Chicken is right up the street, less expensive and has better chicken in my opinion.
