Worst Pollo around. Chipotle was WAY faster and food quality was WAY better. For starters, I love this chain. I have been eating at the one in Cape Coral for years. When this one opened I was so excited because it was close to where I work and live so I could go anytime I wanted. It started out good and now its awful. My last visit and my LAST visit, on August 15th for lunch, was by far the worst experience I have had. The drive thru looked like it was backed up so I parked and went in. I only stood in line apprx. 5 minutes and placed my to-go order and paid. I ordered my norm, small chicken TropiChop, thats it, nothing fancy or difficult to prepare. After about 15 minutes I was now surrounded by other people who placed their order shortly after I did. While waiting I noticed that a main fearure had been removed. The sauce bar is gone, what makes this place bring me in when Chipotle is right across the lot. Gone. I waited another 10 minutes and now our group was starting to get frustrated. I gave it 5 more minutes and finally had enough. I know when you wait and get frustrated time can getvaway from you, but I had my receipt and my watch. No exaggeration here. Finally I had enough. I asked the manager, some dude with long skinny braids, to just void my order and give me my money back. Not a word, not a "sorry", not a "I will get someone right on this," nothing. Just handed me my new receipt and moved on. I walked straight across the lot to Chipotle and ordered, paid and had my food in less than 5 minutes. They were JUST as busy. I walked back in with my Chipotle only to see the guy who ordered before me was the only one gone from the group. Too bad, because my co-workers and I loved to eat here, not anymore. m9ney

Ein Fast-Food-Restaurant, das sich meiner Meinung nach qualitativ deutlich von anderen Ketten abhebt. Ansprechende (und endlich selbsterklärende) Menüs, freundliche Mitarbeiter (die Dame an der Kasse sparte mir durch einen Trick gut 2$), vielseitige Getränke- und Dip-Auswahl, so viel man möchte. Gemütliche, hochwertige Einrichtung. Das Geschirr wird auch abgeräumt. Man hat hier im Gegensatz zu andernorts die Möglichkeit, sich ein gesundes Menü zusammenzustellen, und das zu sehr kleinem Preis.

HORRIBLE SERVICE ALWAYS!! Every time I order a chicken quesadilla salad... the employees tell me "we dont have chicken" "we dont have cheese" "we dont have lettuce" WHY IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS IF THEY ARE ALWAYS OUT OF INGREDIENTS? Every time i get my chicken quesadilla salad... my chicken is always burnt & its never cut up.. I shouldnt have to take my salad home and cut up the chicken so i dont choke on big pieces. ALSO IF YOU WANT A SALAD WITH NO DRESSING... COME HERE. THEY GIVE YOU ENOUGH DRESSING FOR ONE BITE. I ASKED FOR EXTRA DRESSING AND IT STILL WASNT ENOUGH. I also asked for some salsa... THE SMALL CONTAINER THEY GAVE ME WAS PRETTY MUCH EMPTY. PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS POOR QUALITY. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR SOME FREE FOOD OR COUPONS. I WOULD LIKE WHAT I PAY FOR.

Horrible el wraps de pollo estaba quemado el pollo y sabia amargo no les recomiendo a nadie este pollo tropical las papitas son literalmente 6 papitas cuando lo pides por la ventana para llevar es orrible este pollo tropical Marisleidy la supervisora debería de preocuparse más por la calidad de la comida q por hacerle la vida imposible a los empleados

When you need food fast, but cant do fast food Pollo is my go-to. Healthy options abound. I love the grilled chicken breast meal that comes with up to 2 sides. Love their sides. Personal favorites: the corn souffle, the balsamic tomatoes, and the classic rice and beans. Lil tip if you like the sautéed onions they place on top of your chicken as much as I do, dont be shy ask for extra and theyll give you a container they put their small sides filled with these juicy, lime infused bad boys. Nice staff too. I lost some cash there one day and the manager went out his way to help and the $ ended up being found and returned. Definitely one of my happy places...

Never really have been a fan of their bland and flavorless food but I still visited from time to time when I was in a rush before work, simply because its the lesser of evils compared to the likes of McDonalds or Wendys. This particular day, April 5th, I ordered the grilled chicken breast. After eating about half of one of the two chicken breasts I was served, I realized the chicken was undercooked and even raw in some places. I contacted the location but have yet to hear anything back. Now I am waiting to see if I will become ill from their mistake. Definitely will never return and suggest others do the same.

This is probably the worst Pollo Tropical in Fort Myers. Either the order is wrong, they have no chicken ready and it takes forever, then they hurry through the cooking of the chicken and you end up with under cooked chicken, there going to make somebody sick some day. Just got home with my order ordered 1/4 chicken all white,(paid extra for all white meat) got a leg and a thigh, and barely warm on top of the screwed up order. Stopped going to this Pollo for a while because it was always a problem, though I would give it a chance again. Last time Im going to order anything from this place.

Management is responsive to customer needs, but the line crew needs improvement in taking care that chicken bones do not end up in the wraps (happened 2 times). Some of the employees take their work a little TOO personally by treating the customer according to their personal opinion rather than by company rules and standards. Food is always delicious when care is taken. Restroom needs more supervision. Employees need to wash their hands in front of customers after exiting the stalls. This is a Miami company, but sometimes it brings too much "Miami" to the location.

One bad apple CAN ruin the whole experience... One server had the worst attitude and had no type of hospitality, courtesy, or customer service... very rude. Snatched a few things off of our table, MIND YOU one of the things was a number sign so our food can locate its table, us... when asked for anything my family (sisters, nephews, nieces, my daughters) altogether 8. We were either ignored or given the cold shoulder... I know theyre not there to be hand and foot servers bc of the "no tipping" policy but this was ridiculous.

I really like this chain. We usually go to another location in town but tried this one. We waited in line and when we got to the front were told that our order would take 30-45 minutes because there was no staff- apparently people had called in sick. However, there were 4 staff in the kitchen that I could see. The place was not crowded at all. Not sure why they chose to operate this way. Will not be back even though this is the closest location to my house
