Wouldnt even give them one star.. My husband and I have been coming here for the past 3 years, lately we have been ordering it to go. NEVER AGAIN!! When we went to pick it up yesterday it came to $67, which we have no problem paying. But, when we got home they had forgotten the rice that comes with the meals. We called back to let them know, the lady said come back and get it and she will give us a partial credit. So we drive ALL the way back to get the rest of our order. The lady tells my husband to wait after she gave him the rice. He waits 10 minutes for the manager to come up to the front, than he comes and tells my husband.. "Im not giving you a credit". Mind you this is after the lady said we would get one. My husband told him we go there all the time and always spend good money, and now our food is going to be cold. But he didnt seem to care about that or the fact that we had to drive all the back there just for the rice. Everyone knows that reheating this is horrible and chewy. It was absolutely the WORST experience we have ever had. He was really rude and I think that was stupid on their part to loose us as a customer over this. There are plenty other places around that are a lot cheaper and tastes the same. We will NOT be going back EVER AGAIN!. You think they would do the right thing for making us have to go back, and for making my husband wait 10 minutes after being told he would get one. RUDE AND THE MOST HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!!

Was going to give them a 1 star as I waited for the chef to show. But 5 stars for the night. As we entered hostess was away. Another group arrrived and waited. When hostess came back to lobby and ignored us and seated the other party. Never saw us she said 64"" and was missed. Was seated with a group that had little children even though we requested no kids dinner experience. Well they got load and we decide to try another resturant. Along comes AMIE the manager and makes everything right. Different room. Seated us at an empty table. No additional diners were in lobby so we received a private dinner and show. Leo was also great. Did leave a extra large tip because there were no others to tip Leo. Amie ia a jewel and more resturants should have soneone like her. Turned into a GREAT EVENING...

I have been to Fijiyamas in Brooksville approximately ten times so far and I plan to go back as many more times as possible. I have not once had a bad or even remotely unsatisfying experience. The staff as a whole is friendly, prompt, and pleasant. Of course there will always be items on a menu that you may not like but everything I have tried has been excellent. The atmosphere is nice and comfortable and the restaurant is always clean. I do keep an eye out for that sort of thing. The waitresses remembered us after only a couple of visits. All in all, I can comfortably say that it is my favorite restaurant in the area. I highly recommend giving it a try if you have not.

We wanted this restaurant to be a success. The service was bad. Monotone, unexcited, rarely came by the table, rarely filled our drinks. The plate of food my husband received looked identical to the sizzling fajita meat from Chilis. It tasted about the same and cost 2 x more. Yet, it was suppose to be a Japanese steak dish. Maybe it should of been served with tortillas. We sat in a booth away from the Japanese cooks. Still the prices were high. Poor seating. Very bland environment for the booth seating. Felt like a hallway to the kitchen. Place needs to go out of business so something respectable can take its place.

not impressed at all! we are on vacation for our anniversary so we decided this would be a nice dinner ..not! nothing like our benihanas at home! the waitress was extremely rude and kept reaching over me and bumping me to get the plates, never once said sorry or excuse me. the cook didnt do anything special with the food as they usually do. nor did he interact with anyone from the table! drinks were straight mixture (no alcohol at all) definitely not worth the money we spent! your better off just ordering chinese takeout!

Horrible experience ! Went here for a friends birthday. Sat down at our Hibachi table ordered drinks. A roach crawled up from under the grill and decided to die on top of the grill ! When notifying the waitress she said " Im sorry " picked it up with a napkin and walked away. Are you kidding me???? We paid for our drinks, which should have been comped! Walked out twelve people! Really gross! I know bugs exist and this is Florida but come on . Went to Carrabas had a greAt meal. Will never return !!!

We brought our daughter for her birthday. Everything was great. Not only do you get a great selection, through the hibachi or sushi bar, you get large portions and the prices are reasonable. Cooks are entertaining and the staff is attentive. Our hibachi chef even made a balloon bear for our daughter. Doesnt get much better. Check it out if youve got time, you wont be disappointed.

Ive been to Japanese steakhouses in the past, but this was the most entertaining. They were able to accommodate a party of 20+ in a private room. I saw at least one other private room, as well as smaller seating areas. The food was very good. I ordered steak and salmon, and the steak was a bit more than medium-rare, but still tender and tasty. The salmon was to die for!

Always a good experience when I come here, the chefs are friendly and entertaining and the food is very fairly priced and always delicious. You can choose the type of meat you would like from steak, filet mignon, shrimp, or chicken along with fresh fried rice, and sautéed mixed vegetables. You also get mushroom/vegetable soup and a small salad with ginger dressing.

For the most part, the food was good. Hawaiian roll was very good. Two of the three people got shrimp and chicken. Both the rice and shrimp were good; but the chicken was VERY tough. My guest said they enjoyed the meal. Total bill was $113.01 with a generous tip (my error for not having glasses and thought my tip would have totaled $113.00).

Seated quickly, late on a Friday night. The food was served quickly, we ordered Hibachi in the regular seating. The order was correct and the food was good. We had Hibachi as well as Sushi and were pleased with both. Pricing was good as well, special Note II building was Immaculate very very clean as well as the bathrooms. We will return :)

The chef was not enthusiastic at all. Was definitely in a rush. Our steak was over cooked. We ordered medium and it was well done. I was not very happy with this experience, although we come here all the time. I was not satisfied with this experience at all. I earn my money just as they do, I expect the best.
