The food was really good. However I had to reheat it once I picked it up. I had driven to the window and ordered. The employee was very nice and told me it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I came back to the drive thru window in 10 minutes only to have to watch as numerous employees walked by, made eye contact multiple times, and never acknowledge me. This went on for over 6 minutes. I was only able to get my order after I called their number and asked for someone to bring me my food. I attempted to remind the employee that this was poor customer service. Her response was to tell me they were really busy right now as she turned and walked away. I drove around the building again, and there were only 4 cars in the parking lot. I counted 6 employees that ignored me at the window. So take your chances folks. This business needs to make note that there are 3 other just as mediocre Japanese restaurants within 2-3 miles of this one.

Decent, standard Japanese dining experience for the area. Personally, Id rather go to Sakura (roughly the same quality food for a little cheaper). Their mushroom broth soup is actually very good. We had a little bit of a weird problem though, we both ordered sesame chicken, and it came with no sesame seeds. When we asked, they just said they were out, and didnt offer anything as compensation. I remember when this place first opened, you got a free small scoop of ice cream after your meal. Its definitely gone way downhill since then. For the total bill, we couldve had a nice dinner somewhere else. Me and the wife wont be back.

Young kid were clueless as wait stuff. For example, while filling out the credit card receipt the waitress watched me the whole time. The question to substitute the fried rice with white rice was questioned to much but in the end it was possible but it was a little crusty. My orange chicken was OK, but I like a more intense orange flavor. the Crab Rangoon was very good as was the onion soup. I was not a fan of the "fried" rice. However I did like the carrots. My wifes jumbo shrimp looked more like medium shrimp.

Food has become unedible.....regular but have made my last trip.When told no solution was offered and full meal price charged.....my dog wouldnt even eat it it was so salty and off. My new waiter was extremely friendly but almost everyone else should be fired especially in the kitchen .......anyone else have a fine pallete? Not if you eat here

Great food. Yaki with shrimp is my favorite but the chicken is good too. Ive had the scallops and pretty much everything on the menu and I like it all. From the salad and shrimp sauce with a pot of that soup, to the main meal, the food is great. We usually split a yaki dinner with soup and salad for both of us and pay around twenty bucks.

KEEP PHONE OFF..TAKEOUT IMPOSSIBLE!! Can never order takeout because they keep the phone off so it always goes straight to a mailbox and or goes straight to telling you the mailbox is full and hangs up. Not once have I ever been able to call In food. If you dont want to do takeout at your restaurant then dont offer it

Food was over cooked. Rice seemed like Barely cooked uncle Bens. Sweet carrots? Horrible. I went there for lunch today. Remind me of Taco Bell, American fast Japanese. Ths place is a disgrace to Japanese food. Service was was Ok. All American, severs and cooks, should have been first clue.

They stopped giving the complimentary sorbet after the meals. . . that was always something that stood out to me. On the rare occasion I would go out for Japanese, that would be a reason to go here as the food at similar places around here are of the same quality. It was a great palate cleanser.

Japanese? But no sushi? Interesting. No salad dressing except for ranch. No low sodium soy sauce available. Too much soy/terikyaki sauce was used to cook with. I doubt we will be back.

The waitress was very good, but the food was horrible. Wasnt japanese food but Chinese food, my daughters chicken was horrible. For those who want Chinese food, go to this restaurant.

I love Tamiko. Tbh its probably the best japanese place in the tri-city area. I eat here probably once a week at least. I would definitely recommend the crab wontons as an appetizer!
