My husband and I LOVE this buffet! We go there at least a couple times a month and we have never had a bad experience. The price is decent and they also put coupons in some of the local Ad books. We are always greeted kindly and quickly, all servers and employees are polite and helpful. The food is always hot and delicious and they are constantly keeping all areas full with fresh food. If something should be out, just let a server know and they will take care of it right away! The Sushi bar is very nice. I tend to be more on the vegetarian side there and I am so happy that they have many selections to make me happy. The Grill food is delicious, as well as the Salad and Desserts. We have been going to this Buffet for a couple years now and I am happy to say it is consistant with its service, quality and quantity of food. I am thankful for that and highly recommend this Buffet! (Dont understand some of the reviews on here stating bland food??? These people must have defective taste buds. Those stating food poisoning, well you might just be one of those people that Chinese Buffets do not agree with. There is nothing wrong with their food. In reference to the guy saying they told him he was eating too much, come on now! They dont and wouldnt do that, its a buffet! My husband and I go up for several plates and have never had an issue in that area. They servers are always polite, always on the ball with cleaning up our table and getting us refill drinks. The sushi prep gentlemen, on multiple occasions, have complained to my face about me eating "so much" sushi...in an all you can eat buffet. Considering that the bulk of the "seafood" in the rolls consists of surimi (imitation crab meat; pollock that is processed into a paste and reflavored for the unaware), this is not even about cost, but about them having to make more rolls. I was at one point barked at with "TWO PLATES!" when I came back for a third helping. This was off-putting. I habitually tip both the sushi preparers and the servers well, so it becomes even more of an insult. I decided not to give the restaurant my business for several months and will perhaps visit again in time, but if so, I will be sure not to bother even acknowledging the rudeness of certain staff members. I will say that the young lady who often functions as the hostess and *all* of the various servers have been polite and pleasant to interact with in all of my visits, so my commendations go to those members of staff.

So this was my favorite restaurant like ever but we ate there the other night and I have food poisoning now and all I ate was sushi. Its a shame because seriously their food is typically amazing. I have never been so sick in my life. I honestly dont think I can go back now.. Also I dont think you should have to pay for kids under 5. My 3 year old eats like a bird and paying 5 dollars for him to just pick is insane. I wish I didnt get sick cause we all love the place, but when serving raw fish you should have higher standards or dont serve it at all. I know its my risk in eating it but I trusted the place cause I have been many times and have only had slight issues which I cracked up again to being consumers risk. This was just to wrost and I almost had to go to the ER.

Buffet City Spring Hill Florida when this place first opened I was their best customer. As time went on the food got worse the place got dirty and the people got less friendly policies changed. The lunch sushi should be called cream cheese or pimento cheese sushi they no longer let you eat the fish sushi until after 4 and you must pay the $3 up charge. They never did that before. The hot bars are not hot enough the cold bars are not cold enough the peel and eat shrimp never have ice on them at lunch time. I think the health department should make a couple of surprise visits in there that may correct some of the issues. It is not safe to eat food that is not kept at the proper temperature that has sat out as long as the buffet food sits out.

I took my family to eat a buffet city tonight. Weve been there a few times and always enjoyed it but this was our first trip back in over a year. The staff were kind and helpful as theyve always been but I dont know what happened to the food!!! It definitely changed from the last time that we were there. Some examples: the lo mein tasted like spaghetti noodles, they were fat and round... unlike any lo mein that Ive ever had before. I had to drown it in soy sauce because it was so bland. Also the sweet and sour chicken tasted like frozen chicken strips. They had a peppery taste and the batter on them was so thin. I was disappointed. I hope they change their food back before I go there again.

I work with intellectually disabled adults who love going to the buffet. I called and asked if they could give them a discount because they have limited funds. They said they could do 7.63 instead of 7.99. That included tax. I said I have a tax exempt form and they refused to take it. I asked how much it would be with soda. They jacked the price to 9.89...how can you charge that much money for low quality food? Needless to say we will never eat there again. Its only mediocore food anyway. They told me they dont make a profit and couldnt discount further. Well I guess Golden Corral who is amazing to us will continue to get our service instead! Way to treat members of the community!

They take horrible care of their red ear slider (turtle) he had no ramp to get out the water, no uvb to digest calcium, and no heat the digest his food he had fungus growing on his shell and his shell was bubbling all from those 3 things he needs to survive! Tried telling them once now off to Floridas fish and wildlife to fine them and save this poor turtle... And the food is gross as well as they uncomfortably watch you eat like your going to take off without paying and now a lady found a frozen frog in her drink!!!!! smdh

We went yesterday 3/5/17 we were a group of 5 and my 2 yrs old started trowing up that night the food and he keep trowing up the hole night and morning then early in the morning at 6 my wife started trowing up, the my 18 yrs old started too and I have real bad nauseas and also send my 5 yrs old too school and they call me that he trow up too and I had to go pick him up, and they havent trow up just, theu doing it 6+times and they are all weak and cant even drink water.. We wont go back, and I dont recomend it.! 0

update, We went there last week, happy to say the food is still very good, they are the best Chinese Buffet in our county! Very good buffet style Chinese food! The made to order wok that you pick out to be cooked is also very good! The prices are reasonable when compared to other Chinese buffets, and they are cheap when compared to American style restaurants! The restaurant is large with quite a few different food stations so you never have a line, or a wait to access the food you want!
