Went to the Spring Hill Golden Corral today for lunch. 1. Croutons wer mushy. 2. Waiter only got 1 of our refills and that took 20 minutes and 2 trips to figure out 3. Their typically delicious soft dinner rolls were hockey pucks 4. Nothing was really being refilled (1 hour there and the cabbage especially was never filled 5. Dirty air conditioner water dripping on the desert area. The last one is the kicker. My fiance went to get desert and dirty air conditioner water that was dripping through the dirty celing tiles ran down his arm. He told the manager. All the manager had to say was "its just water. I will take your plate". Instead of shutting this section down, they stick a floor cone and some towles on top of the glass. I went to take a picture and the same manger came RUNNING out YELLING "You cant take pictures in here!" So I said I AM taking a picture of this and sending it to your GM. Well he went back to get the phone number of the GM and as he was coming out the GM conveniently walks in. I told him the whole story, he offered us a refund and a free meal. I took the refund, but not the free meal, never stepping foot back in this establishment again. The GMs excuse? "We have been trying to get someone out here for days" OK! Number 1 youve known about it dripping into your deserts and dont care. Number 2 it really doesnt take "days" to get a service tech out to fix something. and Number 3 its disgusting, it was dripping over the glass and into the deserts as well as on the customers. And knowing this he STILL has left this portion of his line open for days.

Terrible experience. The worst Golden Corral of the three others, Zephyrhills and Inverness. Spring Hill food temperatures are always cold and extremely salty. All of the main dishes are disgustingly unappetizing because the cooks put too much salt in everything. What a shame, it spoils the whole experience. Ive complained on several visits recently and I dont go there anymore. I am talking about March, April and now May. The management claims they prepare everything according to the Golden Corral instructions. That is B.S. The other two restaurants, Zephyrhills and Inverness fo not have overly salted food and the temperatures are always hot and appetizing. Spring Hill better get its act together or the flow of customers will dwindle down to a handful of salt lovers. By the way, the servers are great. Its not their fault that the kitchen is screwing up perfectly good food. What a shame. In December 2016, I visited the one in Boynton Beach. Again, excellent temps and seasoned just right. Also, remember, if youre a lover of salt then reach for the shaker on every table. YUK...YUK!

Me and my wife our first visit there kind of reluctant reason being we seen a video from another previous Golden Corral on how they hide your food out by the dumpster when they get inspected but we decide to go anyways we were wrong they close at 930 no time were posted on the doors or anywhere they charged me and my wife $30 we were there no more than 15 or 20 minutes theyre asking us to make our final selection because they close at 930 nobody told us that otherwise I will never ate there we just left anyways I spoke to a manager he spoke to another manager the manager came over and apologized and gave us a line of b******* went home never again dont waste your money thank God for rolaids

Its better than Military, jail, and some Prison food. Sadly I had better food at a Military Prison though. Overall though I absolutely love the food and go most Sunday mornings. The constant problem I see is that the residents of Spring Hill are to critical. I remember when Shoneys(spellcheck) was the place to go! For the eight dollars and change I pay for my breakfast on Sunday morning the food is well worth it. Service is good, and the variety does have slight variance. However for a place to be mostly a buffet, I am not dumb enough to order on the regular menu because I come here for the buffet and I rather not pay for a meal that I may not like. I get to choose with a buffet xD

I took my elderly father in law there for a lunch and was not very happy at what I saw it looked like most of the food was made at like 6 am and sat uncovered ( I was there @ 11). Also the person cooking the burgers did not change her gloves she proceeded to check her phone touch her face and place raw meat on the grill mind you other things also while wearing the same gloves I spoke to several employees plus a manager and they both said she was new and they would speak to her needless to say I am not going to go back. So be mindful and observe dont want people getting sick because of lack of management skills

We arrived with a big group. We were seated and when we went up to the food my duaghter saw something jump out. It took me a second and then my husband and us all saw roaches coming out of the food underneath the pan. The person worked there saw it as well and went over told the manager. We all demanded our money back and will report to health inspection. I highly recommend do not eat there unless u want eat roaches and their eggs. Very disgusting! Even my mothe rinnlaw found roach eggs near the plates in the corner. Obviously this place is not doing a good job keepimg up with their pest control.

Horrible went down hill fast! Heather the waitress gave excellent service! All the cooks had facial hair no netting leaning over the food disgusting! The walk way between the salad bar and the cook doesnt look like it was mopped in months the white wall filthy too! Most of the food dry and over cooked! Bathrooms very dirty! Golden Coral for such a newer store you really dropped the ball on this one spent 67 dollars on disgusting food! If you could give a negative number youd get a negative 10 use tobe one of my favorites to goto now never again for poor food at very high prices!!!!!!! PEOPLE BEWARE

I did not really like my experience there. I used to go to the one in Brooksville which had great food and a good staff... This one everything just tastes like salt and the only staff member who was even helpful was the person who rang us up for everything. No hate on the wait staff though because there was hardly any... They had one waiter serving and cleaning for 2 sections. She was nice to us but we barely saw her. I felt bad, because people were getting mad at her...when it wasnt her fault.

This is a buffet place to eat on a budget. Food is good. But the reason a gave a 3 star is that their bathrooms are always very dirty, stinky and smelling bad. Highly recommend to have this addressed. It is embarrasing to bring guests or family members and then hear how nasty the bathrooms are. Hopefully this location doesnt fall into the bad habits that the location in Brooksville went through. Keeping the quality of food and the cleaniless of a restaurant is Top Priority. Thank you. !
