Ive been to many, many a Chinese Buffet in Tampa and literally throughout my travels in the US. The food here (for a buffet) is exceptional, on average pretty darn fresh and the variety is very good, probably one of the biggest in the Tampa Bay area, thats a nice plus. The service is always good and I have never had a bad meal. Sure sometimes some of the items on the food bar may get a bit empty and or not as fresh as Id like but its a buffet and they have plenty of food selections. However, on average its the best in town with freshness, variety and price. The quality and taste is also very good and you can tell the owners take pride in cooking good tasting menu items. Like anything, if you show up 20 minutes before they close they will not have all items super fresh and all full, that would be a waste of food! You have to be realistic when eating at any buffet,

Wow. We knew as soon as we walked in, that we shouldve just walked back out. We instead decided not to judge this book by its cover...mistake. Lights were burnt out, the walls were faded, scuffed, and damaged, and the booth seats were shredded. It was a sign of things to come. Decent selection of food, but everything was mismarked, cold, average-at-best flavor, and downright questionable. No one spoke enough English to be able to tell me when the Hibachi opened up. My wife and I tried about 3 things each and decided wed had enough; so we got our check and went out for sushi. Were not even food snobs, we can usually see the good in everything; but this place had us wondering if we were current on our medical shots. I do not recommend this place under any circumstances and would give it negative stars if I could. Youve been warned.

Currently eating...baked seafood surprise pretty good rate 8. Dont eat the dim sum or eggrolls rate 0. Eggplant mushy but takes ok rate 6. Sauteed mushrooms bland and undercooked rate 4. Seafood salad ...may just b me but I dont care for the sauce/dressing on it Rate 3. Chicken on a stick plump juicy and tasty rate 7. Little bit of a surprise on the dumplings...some kind of mystery meat not bad not great its kind of tasty rate 6. Crab rangoon fully stuffed which is great except there was too much cream cheese so it overpowers that whole thing and theyre kind of cold rate 4. As for the furniture of the restaurant everything seems to be in good condition good repair. Walls need paint and better lighting over the buffet bar. Everything looks clean for the most part. overall rating I would have to say 5.5 out of 10.

Im a traveler, me my wife and my son came here to eat because I looked on google and it had good ratings. But when we got there heres what was a disappointment. 1: not much of a selection like most Chinese buffets you go too. 2: there food was not tasteful. 3: there food was old!!!! 4: rude Owner!!! On top of that I go to tell them we are not satisfied and they make us pay for the drinks that we didnt finish. I ask for Togo cups and they say we have to pay $1.00 for each cup!!! Please do not go here unless you want to get sick! I would not recommend this buffet to anyone. 3.2 stars I think thats what I saw on google when we looked. If I had to rate this store based on food quality and friendly service I would rate it at a 2.5 stars!!! I will not be returning to this location EVER!!

Well if you thought Chinas pollution was bad, wait until you try this. There were two decent things I had there: 1. The water 2. The air and even that wasnt that great. The food was under cooked, there was reports of one of the members in our group drinking spoiled milk, and raw chicken was obtained. I can certainly say the my bowels were furious this morning. Although, you really know the place is a class act when they serve chicken feet that literally taste like they romped around in crap for a few days, were cut off and thrown into a pot. So if youre looking for a great way to either: A. Get rid of that family or wife you dont want B. Trying to cut weight for a sport by spewing bodily functions every 3 minutes C. Or commit suicide in a classy way This is the place!

Gave this place one last chance & it failed miserably. From what used to be a consistently tasty spot about a decade ago, the food quality has just gone downhill. It was primetime, 8pm on a Friday night & there were roughly 7 tables occupied. The food looked as if it was leftover and it seemed they were ready to give up & close soon. Crab Rangoon tasted spoiled, chicken wings were rock hard, as were the 4 other chicken dishes I tried. If it werent for desperate hunger, I wouldnt have gone beyond a quarter of my plate. I was here last year for my birthday (out of nostalgia), and the food was equally as poor. A lot of my friends have the same responses to the contrast of what it used to be, and what it is now. After last nights dinner, Ive got to say "never more."

Went there for Thanksgiving was very ssurprised to see they had a whole turkey, yams, mashed patatoes , stuffing, etc thanksgiving meal stuff along with their chinese, japanese food there. I went straight for the thanksgiving meal (didnt think i was having one this year so i was HAPPY, cause all i wanted was yams!) Everything i ate was good, seafood is good. Suprise to see they had crawfish, it had a head so i just didnt bother with it (freaky!) Ummm they had yummy icecream, sweet patatoe, pumkin pie, & other desserts. Paid $10.99 for the all you can eat which i was satisfied with since everywhere elsr was $24.99+ a stomach. Its clean, staff is friendly, HONEY CHICKEN IS YUMMY! Food was fresh. Food is old, cheap and gross. Got food poisoning, thanks! The dinner selection is pathetic, hardly any seafood dishes besides tiny meatless crab legs and a huge pile of hard dry imitation crab meat. Soups are nasty. Chicken wings are hard and tiny. Rice is hard and dry. And worst of all, the waitress demanded a tip from us when we gave her the cash for the checks. We planned on leaving it on the table but she wanted it right then and there, she said, "the tip, you put tip?" and then got visibly mad when we only gave her $5. We will NEVER go back to this dump. Want a good buffet, go to NY buffet on Hillsborough.

I would give this place no stars if that was a option. My sister and i just ate here we didnt like any of the food on our plates pushed them aside and didnt get anything else. When we went to "pay" and told them we arent paying because we didnt eat anything they said its a buffet you still have to pay. We argued with them for 10min. About this they threatened to call the police on us. I work in the restaurant industry if someone is unsatisfied we dont argue nor make them pay for their food. You do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. Worst service i have ever received.
