We used to frequent this restaurant often. Personally I love crab legs but Chopsticks only put out crab legs very infrequent in order to encourage its patrons to eat the other food. Therefore I choose to eat the sushi while hoping to get in on some crab legs now and then. My choice is eel and tuna. Now, I dont like the rice and only eat the fish. We were visited by the manager, Jay, who told me not to "waste" the rice and that I could not leave the rice anymore. I worked in the service business and my family does as well and therefore I have always taken care of the staff VERY well. I dont mind spending money on what I like and figured it is a pretty good deal and thus have always overtipped the staff so much so they get freaked out!! This time one of the waitresses told the manager of picking up the rice prompting his visit to our table. I was extremely upset! Never saw any fresh oysters during this visit either. Apparently people can waste all the food they want but can not eat just the fresh eel or tuna. It was our last visit there. This is the busy season and they dont need the business now. We are local and have seen the place empty and have wondered how they do it. Now I see they run off the business when it is busy not caring if we come back. Good luck during the summer.

Went there for a Saturday afternoon lunch. We werent impressed and really thought it left a lot to be desired. First the good: Our server was very attentive and quick to take away our used plates and kept our sodas filled, the decor was very comfortable, there were a lot of tables but they seemed to be well spaced so you werent right up on top of each other. The dining room was clean and the buffet tables were well stocked and neat and tidy. The sweet and sour chicken was pretty good but the sauce was a little thin and the sushi was decent, not great but it wasnt scary either. What needs improvement: the chow mein noodles were way too soft and mushy, the honey chicken was made from the tiniest tiny-est bits of chicken and the sauce was nothing like honey whatsoever, the crab rangoon tasted like it was filled with Red Lobsters Pina Coloda sauce instead of cream cheese and crab, and the mushroom chicken had a weird flavor that left it inedible. Also the General Tsos had a unique flavor that wasnt recognizable either. All in all, we will not be returning.

Food was good and warm. Nice large variety of sushi and deserts. Nothing wrong with food but with the service, yes. Not giving 5 stars because service was pretty bad. We [5 of us] sat down and didnt even finish our first plate yet when a waitress came and asked how wed like to split the bill already. Later, when we were done eating, she came by with the bill and dropped it off, then she stood 2 feet away from us at the next table over and waited for us to take out our card for the bill. She literally stared at us and since we realized this, we took out our credit card, then she immediately grabbed it. 30 seconds later, another waitress came by and started refilling the napkin dispenser as we were all still sitting there. It was like we were being rushed from the time since we sat down. The waitresses need to understand that this is a buffet where customers may eat for a while and so they need to be patient. We were only there for about 40mins (with a group of 5) and were being rushed out the door.

Typical Chinese buffet fare. They did have crab legs which everyone was crowded around and pigged out on. I personally did not join in on this, since crab legs arent for me. The flavor was fine, It tasted like typical Chinese food that I get near my home. I went in hungry and left, not hungry. Unfortunately, for my husband and I, we left gassy and with indigestion. I only had 1 plate of chinese food and 1 plate of fruit and a few donuts. To me, the best things were the fresh fruits and the Chinese donuts. I guess I expected more because I was going in on someone elses recommendation of how wonderful it was. It just didnt meet that expectation. I was told by another customer that the sushi is delicious. They also have a hibachi grill, which looked great. All the staff was extremely polite and helpful and the restaurant was extremely clean. The bathroom was kept clean as well. So, go in without any expectations and maybe youll have a different experience. :-)

Food was ok but the waitress followed us to the car asking if we paid the bill. Assumed we walked out on our bill something we have never ever done. My brother has been to this place several times before with his friends and always left the money on the table. She did not check the table to see if the bill was paid she just follows us out. When I asked her if she thought we walked out on the bill she turned around and walked back inside without turning around to apologize for her mistake. Im assuming it was a racial thing due to the fact my brother has gone with is cacasian friends and never had this happen before. I am completely offended and feel completely disrespected. I will never go to this place again never. When I walked back inside to ask how the bill is usually paid I was told on the table or at the register. Horrible experience after a ok meal. In the end all I received was a sorry. More should have been done.

Buffet with many choices including fried chicken, French fries, roast beef, crab legs, veggies, crab ragoons, Asian dishes and much more. Lunch and dinner buffet are priced fairly. Staff is friendly and is always refilling drinks and clearing dirty dishes from tables. They seat quickly and high chairs are available for the asking. Soft music, low lighting enhances your dining experience. Tables and booths available. Dining area is divided with attractive half wall for privacy. This resturant can accommodate large parties by simply rearranging tables. Comfortably air conditioned and large handicap bathroom stalls. Room for strollers near tables. Whether you dine for lunch or dinner, you can browse the many shops afterwards. Parking is available for handicap in front, as well as ramps for wheelchair or impaired. This resturant will leave you coming back for more. Its one of my favorite.

Occasional visitor. Clean food, replenished dishes frequently, most importantly (looong forgotten staple of a restaurant) clean tasting water, (not a fan of any other beverages), flavorful seasoning with not TOO much that overwhelms the base food taste, pleasant and energized staff and plentiful seating. Cons: the placement of the televised screens are at a 90 degree angle to the closest viewers requiring most to have good vision--the case on most screen arrangements yet thankfully elevated enough whereas when viewed it doesnt give the impression that youre staring at another patron! Not too much of a fan on the news channel dominating the airwaves. Id suggest some sports oriented base; perhaps streaming surfing, skiing, scuba diving, etc Florida oriented!!! Perhaps that would psychologically incite more hunger though as opposed to the somewhat depressive and redundant news...

Went last Sunday with my wife and brother-in-law. Was very dissatisfied. Not only is it $16 per person Saturday and Sunday. But the food is simply not that good anymore. During work sometimes me and the guys will go over there because its only eight dollars a person and is perfectly worth it. But to get the same food for almost $20 a person is ridiculous. It took way too long for us to get refills. And I believe the only reason that it is so expensive on the weekends is because of the crab legs witch are always gone and when you can get some theres no meat in them anyways. Soon as we walked into the restaurant it was nothing but food and filth on the floor. The bench seats are in very bad condition. And were extremely uncomfortable as soon as you sat down. I definitely wont be going here for a while or ever again. Way too expensive for the quality of food that you get.
