Worst service I ever had in my life. Went on my lunch break to KFC on Park Blvd at 3:10pm sat at speaker over 5 min waiting to give my order. Said "hello" 3 times and still nothing. One car was in front of me already waiting at the window so I finally pulled around. Sat at the window another 5 min as workers looked over at me and nothing. Finally a gal came up opened the window. I said I had been waiting to place my order and no one said anything. She told me "I cant take your order at the window you have to go back around" I just looked at her like are you serious right now... I went back around which then put 3 cars in front of me and ordered my lunch. By then being hypoglycemic my sugar level dropped and I needed sugar immediately. I pulled up waiting behind all the cars Hoping they would be fast. Within minutes I became so hot I was ready to pass out. After another 10 min I finally got my soda and food and just left. I was on the phone the whole time with my friend and she said I started slurring and not understanding what she said. This is inexcusable treatment I would have gone somewhere else but at that point I had no other option I was going to pass out if I did not get some sort of sugar right away. Didnt leave here til 3:30pm I have called Corporate and filed a complaint.

I use to love this kfc. They were soo good and marques wlalways knew my order when i walked through the door. I came here they are NOT OPEN UNTIL 11 they start cleaning up ay 9pm and tell u they are out of fillets or anything else that isnt wedges or popcorn chicken. They dont even waiti until the drive thru closes. I shoes up at 930 and they usual dont close until 10 and start cleaning up AFTER CLOSE but instead they start turning off fryers after the inside closes. They are rude and if it was not for marques i would have stopped here long ago... But now i will not return EVER because the cashier at the drive thru lied when i asked his if they were really out of fillets or if they already turned evdrything off and just didnt want to drop it... Thanks kfc for having. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!!

Is a really bad service! I went there after a really long day of working .. so I orden 16 piece box and 4 sides they didnt get me the sides I want... I ask for a cole slaw and the manager tell the guy that was not cole slaw and then I tell the guy that get me corn and then I saw in the back of her that was cole slaw and I tell her that was cole slaw there and she tell me okay that she was going to put it, then she tell me that I need to wait 5 min for the crispy and I wait.. when I ride home I saw that was 12 piece no 16 piece like I ask and the cole slaw or not even the corn was there they get me to biscuit and I never ask for that, I didnt went back to tell them because I was Really tired of working.. ITS KFC HAVE A REALLY BAD SERVICE!!

The food was okay for the price. I got my food in a timely manner, although it could be faster. The thing that was most terrifying to me was the way the restrooms were being cleaned and maintained. I had to go wash my hands after I ate, and when I entered the restroom, an foul odor hit my nose and almost drove me out of KFC altogether. But I needed to wash my hands. There were paper towels everywhere, the floors were wet with god knows what, and the toilet bowl of the toilet was drenched in pee. I would only go to this KFC to get food Im craving, and then go to Wendys across the street to go wash up.

NORMALLY..A Great Experience eating here! Today (5:00 p, Horrible! I guess it depends on which crew is working....What a lazy-ass crew, tonight...No food for Buffet, dirty floors (food and trash all-over) and even dirtier tables....I have to mention the only crew member that stood-out and came to the rescue...LORI. I guess the other crew members were waiting for her to come to work, because from the moment she walked in, things, positve things were getting done...Thanks, Lori for your great hospitality and hard work...

Their credit card machines were down, which is fine, but they decided to put the sign that said "CASH ONLY" inside the very cramped, tiny, impossible to back out of drive thru line. I was trapped in the line for over THIRTY minutes because their service was abysmally slow. The food here is always good, but I will be parking and walking in from now on. Completely ridiculous that they couldnt have just put the sign outside the drive thru entrance so I could have easily left instead of having to wait in line pointlessly.

My husband went to the restroom, and a cockroach walked right past him. I quietly went to inform the manager (as to not make a fuss, being polite other customers are in the store, and I also work in food.) All the manager said was "oh, I guess thats not good." And walked away, to continue what he was doing. Being a fast food manager myself, that situation should have been handled entirely differently! There are ROACHES IN YOUR STORE, YOURE SUPOSED TO CARE ABOUT THAT!

Was stuck in the damn drive thru for 35 minutes before getting handed the WRONG FOOD. only to have to go back there and go inside to speak to the manager, who didnt give a sh** and was rude. the floors were DISGUSTING, and the employees were all in the corner talking while MANY cars in the drive thru AFTER ME. Glad I was stuck for 40 minutes for NOTHING. Less than 1 star. Will not be returning. And corporate was definitely called.

Ordered spicy 3 piece meal. They gave me some honey thing that tasted horrible. Soda was flat and gave me a fork instead of spoon for the side of mashed potatoes. I wont be going back. Im sure it was a mishap and it was right after they opened so shame on me but I payed 11 dollars and ate only 3 dollars out of it. Poppies hasnt messed up my order since and I will never change my chicken spot again.

As far as KFC goes, this location is pretty good. This location does have a buffet which is a really njce alternative...especially for lunch. The workers there have always been kind and pleasant. There seems to be a fairly large number of regulars for lunch and the staff is always kind to them. If you get that need for KFC like I do now and then...thus is a great one to stop at.

Bunch of idiots working there this evening. Waited 10 minutes for an order, cashier was probably on some drugs or something. She served us , but then didnt remember serving us. Then called us liars when we said never got our food yet. Manager working wasnt much help either. I worked fast food before, so I usually have a lot of compassion for the workers. But this was ridiculous !

I checked Google to see if they were open and it said that they close at 11pm I got there by 10:55pm at the drive thru and their automated voice said that they were closed, I guess I understand five minutes before closing but still I was really craving some famous bowl and it was gonna be my dinner, Wendys next door was still open thank goodness
