Please let me explain what happened again. Me and my friend showed up to Winghouse and got seated quickly, Server finally came by about 5 min later to take our drink orders. Now we waited another 10-15min to get our drinks from another server ( we had got a new server for some reason). Now the bartender had screwed up our drinks and garnished a bourbon and coke, and did not garnish the rum and coke which in turn our server gave us the wrong drinks. We order our food and appetizers, I had a order of chili cheese fries and a boneless wing hot, my friend had the appetizer trio( 3 cheese sticks, 4 poppers and onion rings), chicken tortilla soup and 4 boneless wings. Appetizers looked bad, the trio was barely cooked, the soup look like it was sitting all day and chili cheese fries(came with main meal)we ok but the chili looked like it was sitting for 2 days. We got our food probably 5-10 min after we were done with our appetizers, you could tell my wings had no sauce on them except in the middle where it looks like they just poured it on, I proceed to send my wings back to the kitchen. my friends wings were a little better done but still lacked flavor, the Blackened was just so so no real flavor there, he also had a problem with his mild wings but did not do anything about it. Finally after my friend is done eating I get my wings back, cold, I had took 1 wing from it and I was done. At this point you would think the server would of got the manager involved but no she did not, we did see the manager at another table because those people had complaints also but he never did come by our table. So at this point I get charged $18.69 for drinks that got mixed up, Chili cheese fries where the chili looks disgusting and wings that I dont eat.

Made a reservation over a week in advance for my husbands 50th BDay. Our waitress was new and very inattentive. Got charged regular price for Happy Hour drinks. Have NEVER been charged for dip with wings before....paid an extra $10 for everyone to have ranch dip with their wings. Charged for dressing with a salad too! They didnt even do the Happy Birthday song until I asked and she acted like it was not a normal thing there. We asked for coffee, my husband got a cup and was charged for his second cup and everyone else was told they would have to wait while they washed cups.......it was NOT busy at all either. We said forget it. Funny thing was that I was told to come on Friday because they would be able to give us the whole BDay attention that we would not be able to get on Saturday or Sunday. I had a $5 coupon and the mgr kept saying I got it that night and couldnt use it. I did NOT get it that night, my son got it months ago. They did not give me an itemized receipt, only the total on the credit card receipt, the manager kept the other. I am sure it is because they totally ripped us off on our bill!!! I will be contacting corporate, but dont expect much from what I read in other reviews! HOW do you NOT have clean dishes???!! Maybe they just wanted us to leave.

I ate at this establish recently with my wife and two daughters. The food was great and the atmosphere was nice. However we had a girl working there whos attitude from start to finish was simply remarkable. To be honest I cant ever remember a server in all the years I have been eating in restaurants with an attitude as bad as this girl had. She was rude seemed very angry. It made our meal awkward due to the atmosphere she was forcing upon us. At one point my daughter was trying to ease the atmosphere and asked the girl whose name was I believe Gabby where she was from. My daughter was trying to make conversation to make the situation a little better. Gabbys response to that was " none of your business ". She continued with this attitude the entire time. I will never return to this place while that girl is working there.

Avoid This Place At All Costs - They served us beer in dirty glasses covered in mold & mildew. Wound up with a virus and vomiting profusely from food poisoning only an hour after leaving the place. After missing 4 days of work and loosing over $500.00 the VP of Winghouse offered me a $10.00 pitcher of beer for compensation. Not to mention lousy service followed by under cooked food. I contacted the health Department to do a full investigation of the restaurant. Also found out they barely passed their inspection last time. No doubt that they will continue to serve customers food/beverages on dirty plates/glassware; I would strongly advise consumers to eat elsewhere; possibly even hooters. I will never go back to a winghouse for the rest of my life. I would not wish that experience on anyone. The place should be shutdown!

Most disgusting place I have ever been. My first and last time going My friend and I went her wings were cold. Her fries were actually hotter then her wings which never happens. My mom wanted wings to to go from there. We actually went and got them from checkers that were made hot and fresh for your order. The menus is horrible. All the sandwiches are served w chips. How cheap. When you pay 9.00 for a sandwich you get chips. I know some restaurants give you chips but that is if they have no fries. You have to pay extra for fries. I assumed the chips were like the fried potatoes, the spuds on a stick at theme parks. The wait staff was friendly. She did leave us for a bit. I do understand things get crazy but there was noone eating, why did we get left so long I dont know. I should went down the road to Mcdonalds.

I am visiting the Wing House often through out summer time. Pretty much every Monday and sometimes Wednesday. Within 12 months there was only one time when I was not happy with my food. I thought the wings were cold. It took only a few minutes and I got fresh wings and fresh fries. Fantastic service, considering that I did not even say something at that point. Beer is always good and fresh, the girls are great, fast and friendly. Love the happy hour deal during the week. I have to say , that I mostly sit at the bar and never at the tables. So I might not be able to speak for those areas. I am an old Hooters fan and must say, that I like the food at the Winghouse better for the most part. Looking forward to be back.

Shocked at the response of management , when a cruel man yelled across the restaurant at my happy two year old grandson who was squealing with delight. He was not crying, he was happy. He was not screaming, just a cute squeal of genuine happiness. The angry man thought this was a fine dining restaurant where children cant be happy we are assuming. The manager came over and said we had to "control" our child. A very kind and embarrassed waitress (not even the one who had waited on us) kindly told my daughter she was sorry for his behavior. But my daughter left in tears. This is unexceptable and we will tell as many people as we can that children are not welcomed at the winghouse. And we know a lot of people.
