Never Going Back. I WAS a regular customer of Glory Days and unfortunately, i am also a very decent tipper.. never less than 20%. I would go there a minimum of 4X - 6X times a month. More during March Madness and Football season. I live up the street. Sunday i show up around 12:45 to try to catch the Giants football game. I gave my name (ROGER) and tell them i want to want the NY Giants game and the hostess she gives me a beeper. After about 1 hour (while less than 5 feet away at all times), i ask about my status. She says she has been calling my name (which is not JOSH)... BEEPER NEVER GOES OFF. I get it. Technology.. they couldnt hear me, blah blah blah. The proceed to sit me in a section that wasnt showing the game after i reminded them. After 5 minutes, the server comes back and says.. if you sit at this angle, you can see some of the game.. (50% obstructed FYI) ARE YOU SERIOUS???? I politely said.. Nope.. Not going to do that. I wont be ordering anything. Finished my 2nd beer and left after 5 more minutes. I am not looking for much. Maybe an apology.. Let me comp your 2 beers. Something... But i got nothing. As i sat there waiting to finish my beer, i saw the waitress talking to her manager about me. I was getting the feeling that they wanted to throw me out because it was busy and I wasnt ordering anything at the 4 top table. Needless to say. I couldnt believe it. Anyway. I gave them a 1 star because I couldnt give them any negative stars. Roger

So I just called 5 minutes ago at 11:02pm on a Tuesday night. They close at 12am. Before even greeting us a man came to us blocking the entrance and told us that theyre not serving any food because theyre unclogging their dishwasher. Mind you when I was on the phone I specifically called for a take out order however decided to go in instead and told the rep on the phone just that. At no point did they say that theyre not serving food and not waste my time on coming in. While there a woman repeated us the same thing however she said they werent serving due to a dishwasher getting installed.As we were walking out another man who im guessing is a managerr said if you wait ill give you a coupon. Point here is 1) there are tech that work doing these types of service in your non working hours so that way you can keep customers not turn them away at the door. 2) dont waste my time on driving there if this problem obviously wasnt a last minute thing and everyone working there is aware of whats going on. 3)it wasnt about the money your customer service means more than any coupon ever will. Thank you for turning us away. We havent eaten anything all day had an extremely long day and by you not even willing to work with us you now have a bad review and a family that will NEVER return.

This place has gone down hill!!! We got there at 8:15 abd were trying to get some apps and catch a 9:10 movie, not a tough objectives a the place was empty on a Sunday night. Our server took 3-4 min to acknowledge us, then said Ill be right with you and we didnt see her for another 5. She took our whole order as we had known for 5 min what we wanted. 6 wings, nachos, and buf chicken dip, Figured it would be quick. Well our drinks took another ten minutes. she brought app plates and we asked to bring the check with the food as we were in a rush. 2 min later she brings the check and asks me to pay, 10 min later our food came and we didnt see her for 15 min. She had one other table. We missed our movie obviously. The manager took off ten bucks and said she would talk to the server but didnt seem to care much. I opened with this restaurant and they had pride in the restaurant and if somebody did something wrong damn sure were held accountable. Didnt seem like the manager was going to do anything. Very disappointed used to like this place but have had three bad experiences :/

We visited the Wesley Chapel, FL location tonight with a party of 12. The server was friendly and most of the food was acceptable except for my order. I ordered a 7 oz sirloin with salad and baked sweet potato. When received, the potato was cold. Not cold meaning it had been sitting too long. Ice cold. Refrigerated cold. Like the butter that was served on it would NEVER have melted. When the server was informed she said, "oh, they must have forgotten to cook it." I said, "Its cooked but its been in the refrigerator." She said, "well we cook them in advance and then keep them in the refrigerator and reheat them." Ummmm...ok....not what I expected but I guess honesty is good?! She offered to have it heated up but I told her to just bring me some hot fries. They never arrived. I was done with my steak and, quite frankly, the entire experience by the time she checked back with us. She took the 60 cent up charge for the potato off the bill. Not great customer service. It was our first visit to this restaurant and, likely, our last.

My husband and I went there on a Tues night around 10pm. There were lots of people seated in the bar area, the phone was ringing, and there was no hostess. After waiting for 5 + minutes, with the phone continually ringing, I answered it. It was a customer who wanted to order food. After talking and laughing with him for a few minutes, the 2 bar girls finally noticed us, and did they come forward to help us? No, they went in the back. A few minutes later a managerial looking fellow emerged. I handed him the phone and asked to be seated before he took the order. :) He silently led us to a dirty table. At that point, I thought, No. I will spend my hard earned dollars somewhere else where they pretend to give a damn. On our way out, I asked a bar girl who came near if there was a hostess who called out or something. She said, Oh no. They let her go long ago. Which leaves me to wonder why? Why and how do they survive? Do they good food? We will never know!

Describe my experience....well it SUCKED! my husband & I give our name to the host and I asked the young man how long is the wait and he tells me I dont know, there are 2 tables ahead of you, as we are waiting he asks my husband and I if would mine waiting for another table to allow another group to go ahead of us so that they can watch there team on the TV, sure no problem. We get our food and the nachos were cold, had to send it back and wait for a new plate, (the Philly cheese nachos not so good), then the young man (host), comes up to our table and ask us if we can pick up our food and move to a table down because a large group was waiting.....WTF!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME! At that point he continued to poke his head around the corner to see if we were done. I have never been treated so badly or rushed to eat my food and leave. We tell the manager our issues and he looks at us like a deer in headlights. We will never go there again!!!
