I love the food at Alphas, however, the service during my last 4 visits has been HORRIBLE. With have 2 young children, I cant be served food and then left alone for 45 minutes. No one asks how the food was, if I need drink refills, ect...after the food was served. I always have to go up to the counter to ask for my check and boxes. Plus, this place is in major need of a renovation. Ive been going here for over 20 years, and NONE of the decorations, paneling, have been redone (or cleaned for that matter). The drop ceiling is yellow from years of use, and all of the condiment holders and wood paneling are filthy. With having kids that like to touch things and then put their fingers in their mouth, it will make you cringe. I suggest if considering this restaurant, get take out only and you wont be disappointed. I give this place 2 stars instead of 1 ONLY b/c of the food.

Alpha Pizza is a wonderful place to eat and share good times with good friends and family. We often meet many people we know here because we also live nearby off Abaco Drive. The pizza is probably the best I have ever eaten in my life, you can get thick or thin crust and it is absolutely the tastiest. They make it from scratch with homemade crust not your typical frozen dough. I read the review on the spaghetti, hard to believe, I my wife and my sons all really loved it, aside from being a little on the sweet side it was great, I especially loved the heavy cheese and fresh meatballs, they even put a few extra meatballs on top for me. Overall one of the finest restaurants we have in Apollo Beach. Frank

Gross! This place is a waste! Food is disgusting! I got the spaghetti bake which was essentially a heated up can of Chef Bordee with American cheese melted on top. The sweet tea was absolutely foul, and I actually had to return it only to receive tap water which tasted out of the toilet. My daughters chicken fingers and fries were OK. I guess you cant screw up deep frying. But her sweet tea was sent back too. The decor is very dark and dingy. I feel like I am in a basement from the 1960s.. wood paneling and very dark lighting (probably so you cant see how gross the food is). With all that, the service was extremely mediocre even though there were only 2 other people in the entire place. I have never been to a worse place :(

Very friendly...spaghetti and meatballs the kids got was delicious...sauce addictive. Homemade rolls. I got grouper sicilian, which was like an eggplant parmesan and grouper combined. I didnt like the grouper, but the eggplant was very good. Just a weird combo for me. My husband got manicotti, which was very good. Our orders came with a lot of sauce and cheese. Almost too much...I would say 3 1/2 stars but the older crowd with great singer made me think my mom and dad would LOVE it. It was very nice to be there. Everyone very happy. I was told the pizza is awesome.

This place is incredible! Super friendly and accommodating staff! Food was all so amazing! We did the pizza and salad buffet bar. With every slice of different pizza my fiancé and I kept saying they just get better and better and better! And I didnt know you could have a salad taste as great as theirs!! The cook even came out and asked us if we wanted any other type of pizza. He made a cheese for our little guy and it was out right away! And that too, was AWESOME!!! I already cant wait to come back and eat here again!

Home away from home. My he decor is camp 1970s but the staff are kind and gentle folk always willing to go that extra mile. My he food is by no means Italian or Greek gourmet but it is awesome comfort food and reasonably priced to boot! Drinks are priced to sell, always a busy spot on certain nights but the staff is quick on their feet and efficient. You wont over pay and you wont get stuck with over priced and watered down.

My wife and I must eat there 2 to 3 times a week the steak for 10.95 with a baked potato or salad is superb also the greek salad when it comes to your table is much to mush for one person and the burgers are fresh beef very juicy and for a change taste like a burger should taste .Great place to eat and staff will treat you like family.......OH! I ALMOST FORGOT THEY GIVE YOU FRESH BACKED HOT ROLLS YOU COULD DIE FOR

I love this place. Kathy always makes me feel at home when I come there. All the staff is so nice and love the drummies!! I moved to Tampa almost 4 yrs ago and Alphas is becoming a place I keep going back to. The karaoke is off the chain!. So much fun. Look, I live about 35 min from Apollo Beach but it is sooooo worth it. I was there last night!! Lol. Cant wait to go back.

We were here from Minnesota and looked this one up one the internet. What a great find we will be going there again next time we are vacationing here. The salad bar is well stocked and delicious. The pizza is some of the best we have had. And YES the tomatoes are very red and very good!

Its bigger inside than it looks in the outside. Its a little maze coming in through the back to get through the front. It has a mom and pop feel to it, the people are friendly. The food doesnt come out fast but they do give you delicious bread buns to eat while you wait. Food is great.

Noticed this place when my wife and I were headed to Apollo Beach. Decided to stop in and got served by Peter. Awesome waiter by the way. Even when we went back a 2nd time with a crowd, he served us again and was excellent. Great food options super highly recommend.

Freaking awesome. Prices are perfect. Portions are great. Mini greek salad can feed two. Dont even think about finishing a large greek salad. Burgers are good. Pizza is perfect The crowd is ummmm older . But I dont come to meet folk.

The food is really good. I highly recommend the gyro or any of their pasta dishes! The service is always friendly, and the place gives off a friendly, neighborhood-like vibe. Ive been coming here for years and plan on going for years yet.

Food is great and prices are reasonable. The décor is dated but I think it adds to the character of the place. The baked pasta dishes have a ton of melted cheese on top and so do the pizzas. They even have karaoke on Friday nights!

Wife and I went for first time Friday 14th of October 2016 had eggplant parmigian it was the worst meal I have ever ate . The eggplant was so hade it looked like bernt meat. Will never eat ther again should have had pizza.
