Son pura nada ahora viernes yege al rededor de las 10:20am no avian clientes hice una orden de casi $60 y son pura nada la orden salio incorecta y con un monton de side ordes q faltaban y aparte de eso ni tenedores y nda de utensilios le dan auno si uno no pide nodan nada. De repraso llamo para poner complein de la orden y me salen con q ivan arevisar las camaras para chequear mi orden disq qla orden estaba bien por favor el cliente es primero y luego ese cajero comiendo y atendiendo los clientes asi con la bocota llena cinceramente soy hispana pero pollo campero de la 14st tienen muy mal personal en todo por eso casi no tienen clientes. Son pura nada........

Mal muy mal. EL PEOR POLLO PERUANO. Este pollo esta todo SECO, SIN SABOR, es el peor, no está jugoso, y huele muy mal. NO SE PORQUE DICEN QUÉ ES AUTENTICO POLLO PERUANO, hay mejores restaurantes y no están llenos de empleados DESPOTAS.

Awful!!! The Cashier named Janet is nasty and rude!!! The manager, Soraya did not know the phone number of the Restaurant she is working on it!!!. Besides the TV commercial in Spanish guarantee " Customer Service" is just a big lie! Not to mentioned that when I called the CEO , Mr. Artega he did not even paid attention to my complaint. I should talk to Jim Graham since it is an insult to have a Restaurant like this in Ward 1.

Dropped a Lyft passenger off and saw you for the first time. A parking space became available so I said why not. Oh my heavens! There isnt one near Anacostia so whenever I think of you, its after a chain is closed. I sprained my ankle and looking for any of my friends who may be close to one to go get me some mixed with that corn salad! I love your chicken! Only had it once and on a mission to have it tonight.

The food is pretty good, but the store is poorly managed. The main attraction here are the two types of chickens: fried and grilled. I was told "we dont have grilled chicken."I ordered two legs and a thigh, but got two thighs and a leg. The ordering line moved VERY slowly because on a weekend at 12:30, they only had one cashier. The fried chicken themselves are pretty good, as was the cole slaw.

Have heard raves that this is the best Peruvian chicken in town; have been twice and disagree. Chicken is tasty enough, though sides are lacking: rice and beans are nothing special and salad is old, wilted, and smothered in far too sweet thousand island-esque dressing. Service isnt particularly helpful and botched our order more than once. Space is bare bones and could be cleaner.

I had a hard time trying to figure out what was worse: the chicken, the fries or the ketchup. They tasted awful. On top of that, whatever reason they have to call "Peruvian" chicken just by adding lime juice is wrong in so many levels.

I asked for a small sized soda and it doesnt exist here! They only have medium and large. The fried chicken is just okay and sides I had were mediocre. I probably wont be back here.
