Bad custumer service , muy mal servicio al cliente le tiran el telefono a las personas no saben nisiquiera que es cortecia ni respetan sus clientes la comida es muy buena pero nadie quiere ir a un lugar donde sus empleados que te sirven la comida ponen cara de perros como si fueras a pedir no a comprar

Ive been coming to this establishment since they first opened, but today will be my last. Their food is great, but service is far from it. I came in earlier and ordered two pupusas witch take an average of 15min to make. After 40min of waiting I asked whats going on, only to find out they didnt put my order in or simply forgot, even though the staff who heard me make my order were there standing staring at me the entire time. Its a real shame, I truly liked their food, but feel too disrespected and neglected to go back, being this isnt the first time.

Muy buena comida... la sopa de res es mi favorita. Lastima que el servicio al cliente deja mucho que decir. The food is great! The beef soup is delicious but they need to do some serious work with their customer service skills.

This place is awesome. An order will run you about $8 with a drink. My favorite food from here are chicharrones con yuca and pupusas. The pupusas you have to wait at least 10 min but are worth the wait, theyre good and twice the size of any other pupusas. They have a pastry/bakery in there but havent tried any.
