My wife and I are split on this one. She thinks any coffee shop with a cheesy "fruit smoothies" sign in the window guarantees bad coffee. Although she is probably right, coffee shops with a lot of tables and a strong wifi connection is hard to come by. Ill take it!

Great establishment. Consistent coffee and service. Very organized and clean. Im not crazy about their sandwiches or pastries, but I am addicted to their coffee! I wasnt familiar with the illy brand, but its so delicious I bought grounds for home!

Its a bit chilly in here! And not enough wall outlets along the wall with the sofas. The chicken bahn mi could use a better type of bread; it wasnt chewy enough for my liking. Otherwise, nice quiet place to bring a laptop to and work!

Tucked away a little off M street Lot 38 has great coffee, bagels, and sandwiches. Its a great place to stop for breakfast and grab a quick bagel with egg and cheese. The lunch sandwiches are also good and come at a reasonable price.

Great coffee and sandwiches. The people who run it are lovely, also. My only gripe: The easy-listening radio station feels like shopping in the mall. A hipper playlist would make this my first choice for hanging out in.

This is a pretty great local spot. The bottom is a little cramped, but theres a lot of room upstairs. The owners are pretty friendly and the man who makes the drinks always seems to be having a great time.
