this place has gone downhill so much over the past year or so. the young people working there dont have much supervision and some of them dont seem terribly motivated to keep things moving sometimes. Frequently there is a long wait and orders get messed up unless its exactly what is on the menu (dont ask for extra shots or syrup vs drizzle). There is a manager there sometimes and when he is there things move well and are on point but otherwise its a coin flip. I dont stop here on the way to work anymore just for the potential wait.

They didnt have any of the flavors I wanted which were in season popular flavors. The lady at the register wasnt very friendly. Im a cashier myself, so I know that we all arent very happy at all times, but you cant show that to a customer. They also got my mothers order wrong and over charged her.

Ill have to let them know that my blonde roast was lukewarm. Also some weeks ago I saw a woman cancel her order and leave because she could not wait any longer. But it is great that they are providing employment opportunities for young people here.

A great location thats easy to get in and out of. Full service Starbucks (minus a drive through window) with a wonderful staff thats friendly, very fast and always accommodating! Good seating and plenty of merchandise to choose from too.

This Starbuck could be a hit or miss with your beverage preparation, very friendly staff but sometimes your drink doesnt taste quite right. I would still visit though, cos they will remake it if you are not satisfied.

No problems with food/drink/service, but the atmosphere was subpar for a Starbucks experience. The place seems dirty every time I go, and lots of things need a fresh coat of paint. It also needs more outlets.
