I went to meet a client at this location and because I had quite a few appointments in the area, I decided to go a few hours before my meeting to get some work done. While I was there, I observed baristas talking down to and demeaning customers, socializing loudly and obliviously while customers waited in line, forgetting orders, etc. A gentleman behind me spilled his coffee on the table, floor and my bag. He asked for a mop, he was told to just leave it. I re-situated to make sure I wasnt in the way for whoever would clean it up - it stayed there for almost 20 minutes, but by this time, there were no customers on line. Coincidentally, there was another spill on the other side of the store, which stayed much longer because "its not that big". Even when the mess was "cleaned up", puddles of coffee still remained on the floor.

racist white employees--discriminate against Muslims. White guys kept wiping the table I was sitting at while I was buttering bagel and waiting for macchiato. As soon as macchiato ready and I begin to walk to counter the same white employee follows me and stands there staring at me trying to force me to leave before my drink is ready. I stood and I ask barista about the drink the same white employee starts wiping the counter with his micro-aggressiveness indicating he hates Sunni Muslims especially Black ones and basically "get out." Maybe as the other reviewer indicated that they are just condescending to ALL customers, but they are definitely rude. But will hold up the line while they have personal conversation with their "friends" or play behind the counter with each other.

Rude and condescending to customers. Bottom line cut and dry. Ordered a green tea latte unsweetened and got schooled by this white guy with a pony tail "Just so you know you dont have to say unsweetened because its already unsweetened." the tone was not friendly, he was talking to me like I was an idiot. That drink used to be made with syrup, Im not a barista so I wasnt updated when that change occurred, SUE ME. When my drink was ready he smugly said "Enjoy your dirty swamp water." while him and the other employees laughed at me. Wish I was lying or exaggerating but thats the tea.

Upset that I have to give at least 1 star. This younger-middle aged white guy who made the coffee was talking about us under his breath and being extremely rude. We understood a deal wrong, but didnt even make a stink about it, just happily got the order we originally ordered at full price so I dont know why he had a stick up his butt. Not going back to this location.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been in. The place smelled kinda weird when I walked in, and the staff didnt smile once. The worst part was the barista SNEEZED into her hands prior to making the order, and did not wash her hands! I quietly mentioned this to the person at the register, and she said nothing, but continued to ring up my order. Horrible.

This location has roaches, Ive seen them multiple times with my very own eyes. Im sure it has something to do with how untidy their work stations are. Theres also an evening supervisor named Ricky who is very rude and short with customers. Theres a huge lack of professionalism in his dealings with customers and fellow colleagues.

She helped me find the perfect bag of whole bean coffee for my dad, The Verona. Its now a. Staple in my pantry. Give this girl a promotion !!

One of my favorite places to get my coffee, and hang out. The baristas are amazing. They know me, and they know my drinks. They are personable and work hard to give each customer what they need. Yes, the store is small, and the seating is limited, but the staff at the Starbucks keep me coming back!

This starbucks is solid, particularly the staff Ive met. Theyve always kept conversation going and Ive never had issues with any drinks. The only reason for knocking off one star is that seating here is VERY limited.

Its pretty bad when the barista takes ur order, has it made, and you still have to wait in line to pay because the 2 cashiers are too busy socializing to want to work. Worst Starbucks I have every been to.

A great, cozy bucks. Good, friendly staff & location. Drinks are well-made. Only small downside is the seating, just 5 or 6 tables for 2-3. Not a single 4+ table or counter!
