More food than you can eat, service with a smile, and quality food that makes everything else look childish. Cafe Phillips just recently opened a new location on 3rd and E St in SW Washington DC. My coworkers and I are there every morning for breakfast and often times for lunch as well. What I love about Cafe Phillips is the quality of service and food. Todays visit just put me over the edge from Love to REALLY LOVE. Do you know of any other Coffee place that freeze coffee cubes to make Ice Coffee? I know who doesnt (1st word synonymous with single, 2nd word synonymous with Dollars). That place is just amazing and I will miss it when my internship is over!

made to order, but fast! they definitely respect the lunch break. very good and adequately priced. moderately sized menu with rotating specials. alhough they seem to specialize in porks, turkeys, and briskets, there were more than enough options for a pescatarian like myself.

New Name and not as good, Dont know if its new management or they just got more expensive with cheaper service, but I have been very disappointed with the new service. Will not go back!
