I placed an order online with instructions as to where to deliver my order and to ring the bell when they arrive. No instructions were followed and my food was delivered to the wrong unit. I called to follow up and was simply told the good was delivered to someone and someone paid. Sadly it wasnt me. Had they actually read the instructions in their instruction section, called upon arrival, or rang my bell things wouldve went much different. They did not care that my order was not placed to me. They got their money so it didnt matter. No offer to make another order or even an apology for the confusion. I cant order from here again. It was a first and a last.

I ordered buffalo wings and when i picked them up they were breaded. i called to resolve the order and the manager (im assuming thats who the initial girl handed the phone to) got smart and said what are my other suggestions for them to do bc its not their issue... Also, styrofoam boxes came fuses together and out of shape. when i went to take the top one out of the bag the second box of wings fell out bc of the boxes being fused together. thanks for a absolutely horrible meal. bad customer service + a bad product = a loss of a customer.

We ordered 2 cheese pizzas tonight and they were exceptionally salty. We called to complain and they blamed a new cook who screwed up the sauce earlier in the week. They offered no other apology, discount, replacement, etc. Also, they use there sauce all week; so much for fresh. They are off our list.

Had a coupon for large pizza and wings for 20 bucks. When pizza was delivered I thought there wasnt one in the box! I understand everybody has to make a living but they straight rob you on the cheese. Couldnt even feed 2 teenagers with it. First and last time ordering here. Not even a hand tossed pizza

I ordered 2 pizzas and a soda for delivery. I got a phone call from them 40 minutes later, saying I quote " neither of our drivers want to drive that far" I am 2.5 miles away!! CALL GROTTO PIZZA INSTEAD, they are 3 miles away and happy to serve you

We went for a day trip in Philly and on the way back we saw Paris pizza next to Starbucks and decided to order. The pizza was AMAZING!!!! My son is a picky eater but he even ate the crust! Thank you Paris pizza, well def be back!

Ordered Chicken Marsala and got spaghetti with a few chunks of chicken and canned mushrooms in an awful tasteless broth. And whoever they get their desserts from are also terrible. Do not order anything else outside of pizza.

The pizza here is not very good. Meatball sub tasted fishy, like the ingredients were sitting too close together. Not sure how people are rating this place so high. Do yourself a favor and hit up the Pizza Hut down the road.

We get pizza here fairly often, and the pizza is pretty good. Love the $6 deal on Monday and Tuesday. Im not a fan of the wings or cheesesteaks.
