When this Penn Pizza opened it was wonderful, but after a time it seems the quality has really declined. Doesnt feel like the employees have a sense of pride in their work. When ordering delivery our orders generally arent right. The taste and the way the food is presented is really lacking. We used to order take out once or twice a week and now...Well, unfortunately, I dont want to keep getting disappointed.

We eat there a lot less , every time we go anymore the rolls are not fresh .Im tired of paying top dollar for hoagies and steaks that I dont eat . Threw out over half my hoagie and my husband ate his but said never again . Please stop giving day old rolls , your hoagies are the best but not on old bread !!! It use to be Sunday only so we stopped coming Sundays now its Saturdays .

Good food but bad business practices. They advertise that they deliver but refuses follow through on their word to a home address that is approximately 10 minutes away from their location. False advertising. No where on their signs or website do they limit their delivery distance and for this they will lose my patronage.

Take out orders are NEVER quality. Orders always wrong. Ordered take out salad today and there are less than four slivers of greens amd the tomatoes are hard and white! Ill stick to the millcmillcreek Penn pizza....never issues with them! Penn pizza cedar crest lost a good customer.

Food was good. Problem was we had 2 waitresses for some reason. Not sure if one was in training. The one kept taking everything before we were finsihed when my spouse and I were in conversation. I had taken my phone case off to wipe it off as soup was spilled on it.

“Excellent lunch” I have been here several times, always for dinner. This week a business lunch. Excellent lump crabmeat sandwich and service. And at a round central table 6 for lunch we had a meaningful and private luncheon. Will recommend to my colleagues

Ordered a 4 cheese pizza from the website, note this is a white pizza no sauce (not mentioned on the site). Called and asked and wasnt offered a solution or partial discount. Unfortunate.

The pizza is always good and the garlic knots are fantastic. The service was a bit lacking. Sat for 15 minutes at a table inside until the server returned to take our orders.
