I love the pizza at this place. And for the last 6 years Ive used this place as my go-to. But last week I was shocked that the owner informed the manager that he wanted me to leave. And so my go-to place is now Spatolas... hands down. I work down the street and on the day in question our power (and hence, internet) went out. It was lunchtime so I headed to Bravo to get lunch and do work. The place is rarely busy and they have a booth with a power outlet. I was there for a while - granted. But I purchased over $20 worth of food! I refilled my rootbeer about 3 times. (which, if memory serves, costs the store about 10 CENTS a glass). At 3:00 the manager told me that the owner had left and was going to be back soon and if I was still there he was going to "lose it." I tried to explain... and based on what the manager said, I think the owner thought I only ordered a soda and then parked myself down for 3 hours. I get that would be annoying... if it were true. But heres the deal... Starbucks makes way more than Bravo. And is always busier. And a third of the people in there didnt even BUY something there... they are just using the internet. But the kindness comes back to them. Customer loyalty 101 people! (heck... Ive actually taken OTHER stores food INTO starbucks... never was asked to leave.) The owner offers free wifi and then complains when someone is using it!? And he also offers free refills.. and then gets made when someone uses THAT? And you didnt ask me to "please only have 2 or 3 refills" ... that would have made sense. You asked me to LEAVE AN EMPTY STORE. NO ONE WAS THERE! Thats stupidity. Thats bad business. Thats one star. Let me know if the ownership changes, then Ill be back.

This place is a rip off. They dont have a price board. We paid over $40 for 4 slices of pizza and 2 personal strombolis. I asked for buffalo chicken and he said he had sold the last piece and would only make another one if we got a whole pizza. It was like 2:50 pm on a Sunday. I doubt that was the last of the pizza they were going to make. They told us only about not accepting cards after they put the food in the oven. We had to go next door to the atm. Then we asked for drinks and they gave us the largest ones they could find. This place is a scam and lonely as hell. Horrible place with shady people. Dont go there.

Great Heavy Sicilian pizza! Its the only thing I have gotten there, but I have ordered it many times over the past few years. 2 slices and your full for a week! Dont buy by the slice here- a whole pie is a better value. I once ate with 4 friends and we all ordered single slices or other food and the bill was huge- we could have ordered 2 pizzas and had a ton of leftovers for the same price.

Ive been grabbing slices of pizza for lunch there off and on for well over 15 years. Ive never had a service problem. Theyve always been friendly and courteous. The pizzas are heavy, definitely; especially the deep-dish stuff with lots of toppings. Bu they are no more greasy than any other pizza place. And the flavor and ingredients are fresh and tasty.

Thier stuff was pretty good, I work in the area and go there a lot. I havent done the cheesteaks or things of that nature, but the pizza is pretty good and the people there have always been helpful.
