Went there for dinner. I stated my order very clearly. I got a combo with fries and a drink. The boy taking my order kept talking over me as I was trying to order, then when I said what beverage I wanted he proceeded to tell me I never ordered a drink. I restate my order and he still claims I said I didnt want a drink. In the mean time as I was talking he keeps talking over me. I had a second part to my order and he didnt even let me say what it was before he told me to come to the window. When I said I had a second order he never replied. So I drove to the window, and the girl at the register all but shoved the bag in my face, and got mad when I put my card in my wallet. Literally three seconds is all it took. Horrible service. The food was fine, but the people working drive thru could use a lesson on how to be polite to people in general.

Horrible place to stop at. A chicken place that never has chicken... or anything for that matter. Wait times can be over 20 minutes at times, even if they arent busy. There slogan has fast in it, yet this store is the slowest I have been to. Management doesnt care and it trickles down to the employees and it shows. And it would be one thing if the store was clean. There has to be more upset customers than happy customers leaving here. Do me a favor and go to the location on rt. 40 across from fox run shopping center, its worth the trip.

This establishment is absolutely unacceptable. The cashier didnt take our order correctly, didnt pay attention because we had to repeat our order 3 times, and didnt give us a total before we pulled up. Then when we got our order, the food was lukewarm to cold and our drinks were flat(we ordered cokes). I love Popeyes, but never coming to this one ever again. I hadnt had it in ages and this was a huge disappointment in settling a crave. Shut it down and spare the neighborhood of its nonsense.

I ate here twice in the past few days and the service was crap and the chicken was cold, this popeyes needs to be shut down or they need better cooks and cashiers. The only good cashiers Id say were named, John, Rubeey and Megan. All the other cashiers were rude or just lounging around on their phones. The manager is way to full of himself and needs to spend less time flirting with the young girls working, youll catch a lawsuit buddy.

I placed an order through the drive thru and was leaving the parking lot and the order was all wrong. I paid for something and got something totally different and I couldnt even eat it. I live 45 minutes away and could not drive back. This is not the first time my order was wrong but Ive caught it every other time. It was my fault for being in a hurry and assuming that an order from here was actually correct for once.

Everyone who works here should seriously be immediately fired. Food is good some days but the service is god awful. Someone took my order... MY COMPLETE ORDER.. at the drive thru then told me they werent by a computer the when I got to the window had to reorder and the order was still wrong when I got it. Seriously, fire everyone there.

Food was excellent, quiet atmosphere. One drawback was Deziree who took our order and treated us like we were bothering her. Even tried to tell her to smile and she sneered instead. Crappy attitude can really ruin your meal, especially when the place was practically empty. Felt like I needed to apologize for bothering her!

Typical Popeyes Chicken. Love Popeyes but 3 stars because they have no clue of promotions. They will always say that they do not have that promotion. You have to show them the online promotion on your phone for them to accept it which is already programed into their system. Else Chicken is banging at Popeyes.

Five staff members sitting in dining area and talking loudly, one alone on the register helping a long line. Soda machine was out of ice, asked one of the five for help, they just shrugged at me. Customer service was not a priority. At least the food was ok.

I noticed that they didnt have items on the menu such as Coleslaw and apparently its a regular thing heard other customers asking did they have mashed potatoes. Why would you think they wouldnt unless that has been your previous experience.

Ive never been in a fast food place that was this friendly. We got our food and ate in the dining room. They actually checked up on us when they were cleaning the dining room (which was already really clean).

My cousin loves this place and so it gets 3 stars. Had he not then maybe less. Really though, fried chicken so no less than 2. Wish I had more to say but is just an average place that can have addictive food.

Sometimes the service is bad here and sometimes its on point. Sometimes the chicken is good and sometimes not. If you can drive to Popeyes on 40 thats where I would go but this place will do in a pinch.
