Probably the worst fast food experience you could ever ask for, that is if you were asking for bad, I mean really bad. I seen this Checkers had finally opened, so I figured Id give it a try. The drive through line went all the way around the building and out on to Rt 13/40. I thought to myself that the food must really be worth it as I positioned my truck to the back of the line. 20 minutes later the line moved 2 car lengths, I continued to tell myself that the food must really be worth it. After navigating the extremely tight drive through, 45 minutes later I finally was able to order, and I continued to tell myself that the food must really be worth it. 1 hour and 25 minutes waiting and I finally get my order, only it wasnt my order, it was someone elses order, pretty bad that as long as it took they couldnt get the order right. So I figured since I got this food, might as well see if it was worth the wait. The really bad part about this whole thing is that I kept talking myself into believing the food was worth the wait, the food at Checkers (at least this one) was not only NOT worth the wait, but it wouldnt be worth a quarter of the price with ZERO wait, and when I say ZERO wait, I mean drive through not stopping, order still moving, someone catches up to you on a motorcycle with your order down the road. The food is terrible terrible terrible. Dont waste your time or money.

My very first job was at a checkers in Savannah Ga. This is my second time to this checkers, possibly my last. The standards are horrible the store is a mess trash on the floor, the board needed to be wiped off. Nobody wanted to take my window order, everybody was just passing the buck. My order was made wrong then had to wait 15 mins for fresh chicken, which was sloppy on a kid bun. There was oblivious no guidance nor management being the employees looked high, and the one rolling up. Clear reason why my food was horrible and could be cared less about. Hopefully they get it together cuz I know hard working people that are jobless and willing to bust their hump too be employed. If this checkers is corporate totally unacceptable and if its franchise the owner must not care bout his customers.

I waited a few weeks to come and get food from here figured I would let it calm down before I went. There was only one person waiting at around 1:30 pm she was complaining about the employees attitudes after I ordered my meal. Which by the way the girl cracks her window I couldnt even hand her my card to pay!! Anyway I found out why she was yelling. The employees did have attitudes I ordered a meal and just asked for some extra ketchup girl acted like I was asking for the world and comes back and hands me TWO packets of ketchup and slams the window shut!!! Really??? Whatever it will be awhile before I return theres plenty of other places to eat and not get attitudes for no reason. Where do they find these kids at??

Just tried Checkers for the first time and the experience was terrible! I had a simple order, cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato small combo meal and a bacon cheeseburger with an order of Fries. Cheeseburger just had tomato on it and they did not put in my other order of Fries! When I asked about them, she told me I would have to go around and place another order!! WTF? I had a coupon for the meal and that took 5 minutes to try to figure out which they couldnt. So they just gave me the money. the food is OK, but not worth the price you pay for it. Will Never go back!

I asked for 2 medium kool aid slushies and was told they are out of medium cups. They JUST opened an hour prior. I asked if she could give me the large cup for the medium price because it wasnt my fault they ran out of cups. Of course they couldnt. Then she told me they are out of popcorn chicken after leaving me waiting for 5 minutes. Like I said, they just opened an hour prior. For this place to be fairly new, they seem to be slacking already. Surprisingly I would prefer the Wilmington location.

"fast food" here isnt really fast. Only has one drive thru order speaker which is crazy for the amount of traffic that flows through the establishment. It is conveniently located right off a busy highway which provides an amazing location for this place. I feel the employees could be more personable and friendly towards customers. Being it was my first experience I would merely only return back for the food it provides.

The longest wait Ive ever seen in a driver thru. The thing that really caught my attention is while Im at the window waiting for my food the young man working the fryer is in his phone texting while preparing the fryer. Where is the management. Who gets the job of explaining to an employees family when someone gets severely burned because someone was not focusing on the job they were performing.

Firts time there yesturday night.. i order hot buffalo wings. I wait more them 15min on drthu and when i get out to the parking lot to check my food my wing was could my spicy sandwish was the same.. i dont underthand why all the way if you guy are going to hand out could food.. i will never comeback to this place ever again.. am going to let my friend know anout this place.. rude people too

The customer service at this checkers was excellent. The young ladies in the store presented themselves as good workers and had great attitudes. The food was definitely delicious and well cooked. I had a question for a one of the workers and the tall young man presented himself very well and helped me with my order. Id definitely recommend this checkers to my coworkers and other friends

Horrible, Very unprofessional just another typical ghetto service definitely unsatisfied today with this place. Staff was very disrespectful. Young ladies need to be trained. Over heard young lady say she didnt care about the CUSTOMERS. If you dont care about the CUSTOMERS you definitely dont care about what happens to our food. I just asked for my $13.00 back and left.

It was decent food but service was slow. They do better then n. Market st. Wilmington DE.. Because that one I will never return to.. Had me wait 30minutes for food and had a terrible attitude when I asked for my money. I didnt want to wait any longer. My daughter was crying that she was hungry so yes I left. So never go to the N. Market St. Wilmington DE checkers!!!!!!!

They serve Fast Food at a Slow Pace. This was my first time at a Checkers. It took the staff more than 5 minutes to come to the window to wait on the patrons and then ten minutes to give out the food. It appears that their emphasis is on the Drive Thru traffic. I had the double cheeseburger meal that was okay. Wendys Double was better. Dont think I will go back.

First and last time. This place has the worst service Ive seen anywhere and once you get in line at the drive-through you can get out of it. I would recommend not getting in line at all the food is not worth the wait. Burger was on a stale roll and not very hot, all I tasted was mayo and onion. I would never go back to this place.
