the food: their ice cream is DIVINE....soft served (choc.vanilla.strawberry. MIXED..you pick!) or regular in at lease 15 flavors. their cheesesteaks and hamburgers are awesome =). They have a wonderful selection of beverages too! the place: its small and its situated right at the top of the mountain. be careful when pulling into the parking lot everyone wants to get a space so be wary of other drivers once you get your food: go outside and sit on the benches... look down on Allentown, Macungie, and all the other nearby towns... its great and relaxing. great place to take your kids too b/c there is a grassy area where the benches are where they can run and play =)

We are so happy that there is somewhere local opening. However, they still need to do some work here training their staff. It seemed like the people behind the counter were reading directions to cook our hot dogs! The Danger Dog was tasty but messy. The best thing about this place is the location and the view. Im sure they will improve their service as they go.

Home run return of this blast from the past. Great variety of delicious ice cream. Extensive food menu, but have only tried the choli cheese dog, which was the best Ive ever had.Heaping portion of chili, unlike other area venues that paint the chili on. Cheese steaks looked really good. Cant wait to try one.

I remember the old Countryside. This place brought back great memories. They changed the place up a bit and it is beautiful but the ice cream is much better with the new owners. Next time I will order a burger and fries. A woman I chatted with was raving about the burgers.

Great food and the best ice cream I have had. Not sure where the get the ice cream but it is delicious! The burgers are hand made beef patties and everything tastes fresh. The fries look fresh cut and tastes amazing! 4 stars only because our order was slightly messed up.

Awesome old school ice cream place in between Route 29 and 100. Nice Tables and benches to watch the sun set. It is a little confusing as to who is taking the orders or where the line forms, but otherwise a nice spot to stop or make a side trip for.

A very friendly and fast service. I ordered the Hamburger BBQ with everything. Quite a tasty sandwich which seems to be similar to a sloppy joe. A nice little stop when if you are in the area.

Great food at great prices. Love the out door seating to watch the sun set while eating ice cream. The kids love to play on the hill. Wonderful place for families!
