This Subway is in the Concord Gallery strip mall on southbound Concord Pike. For northbound travelers, access to the strip mall is by left turn at a traffic light intersection. In all respects, this Subway store is what one can expect from the chain. Its clean and utilitarian. There are plenty of tables and chairs, and a self-serve beverage bar. The only downside is since there are only two, and sometimes just one, people behind the counter handling both the sandwiches and cash register, there could be quite a wait if the restaurant is busy. However, they do seem to take the time to arrange the toppings in the sandwiches nicely.

Went there for breakfast at 8:30am and it was already put away. The server was rude when I asked for the breakfast sandwich. The coffee seemed old and there was only decaf available. Food was terrible.
