I have been to a lot of chinese buffet in dover area and all i can say that this is one of the cleanest buffet. Some chinese buffets i have been to are messy, but the Old town buffet is clean, spacious and tidy. Kudos for the ambiance. They have varieties of food to choose from. From japanese, chinese, american. its all there. Seafoods are only served during dinner time, although their prices were somewhat up compared before, cant blame them cause seafoods are becoming expensive this days. But totally worth it. Me and my family goes there to eat oysters, sushi & crabs. As for the customer service, i think it was excellent. I have been here for a couple of times and ive noticed that some servers were new and kind of shy, so its not a problem to me if they are not so good with the talking, id rather enjoy my food quietly rather than being disturbed every 5 mins asking how my food was.. so dont be surprised if they arent sociable enough, dont interpret it as being rude nonetheless, they always greet you with a smile and are very much attentive. for all those people who are wondering bout the prices, they are charging $6.75 (excluding the drink) for lunch buffet during weekdays and $12.50 on dinner time. Correct me if im wrong, but thats how i remember it.

I really love this Chinese Buffet. The place has only been here for a little over a year I believe. They have good food the best in Dover, a large variety to choose from, and good prices. The selection of food is the second largest, below King Buffet, but the selection is all good and still large. The food bars are big and separted with a great amount of space so you do find yourself walking into people. The bathrooms are nice and well kept. Dinner on the weekday is only $8.99. They have a desert, Salad, and Sushi bar along with some Americian food. The service is good, the place is clean and pleasant too. I do not know what the reviewer below me is talking about, i found the food to be loaded with flavor and freshness especially when compared to other Chinese Buffets here.

Absolutely a nightmare! Used to visit frequently and was good in past but has been on a steady decline. Forks always have stuck food on them one even had a fly between prongs while in napkin wrapper. Severe water damage to rule floor and carpet to where its sinking in the ground. Food is cold and undercooked. Waitress staff understand zero English and are extremely rude. This used to be a nice place to go but after what I experienced today I will never go back again and I strongly recommend you do the same.

The food and the spacious area is good, but the customer service is very very bad. I used to be a regular, but the way they talk to you, even when you call to place an order makes me question if I should continue going. If you just go for the food, and the seating area, youll be fine, but the way the lady behind the counter talk to you is very horrible.

Love the food but one day I came 3:26 and the woman sad that lunch closes at 3:00 even knowing we call that day and they said it closes at 3:30 so they should of taken us and it made me mad cause the woman wanted to say it closes at 3:30 she lied so she didnt have to take us and I hope she gets fired

Good sushi for a buffet. I go here at least once a week with co workers on lunch break. Overall great food but I swear that "new york steak" is microwaved dawg. Think I like going at dinner time better than lunch despite the price increase. the coconut shrimp at dinner gotta have crack in them.

Apparently they charge 5.99 extra if you waste food. Because we were confused and disagreed with it they told us we can go somewhere else. We never heard this before since we have ate here before. We felt like we were being singled out so they called the cops. Never again..

Horrible my family and I went for dinner and the food was cold and when we spoke with the "manager" she was very rude and disrespectful said the food is kept at 40 degrees when its out on the buffet. I will never eat there again or recommend it to anyone!!

DO NOT get oysters from here. I had eaten some and got to my last one and seen a worm thing in it. I informed them and they brushed it off. I ended up sick for about three days. Their other stuff is not bad but I do not eat oysters anymore thanks to them.

I used to love this place. Now, you cant even call it all you can eat. Limit on seafood you can eat to two plates. And trust me they will watch you like a hawk. Best to stay and eat because the rules and regulations on take out as well.

They have the largest selection of very fresh sushi in Dover area. The rest of the buffet items are not bad either. I wish they would replenish the crab legs more often. The salad bar is always crisp and fresh.

Wide selection of food that depending upon the time and day can be great or very lack luster and cold. Prices have gone up quite a bit over the years to know what you are paying for before you sit down.
