My favorite Chinese-American spot. The food is always fresh it tastes like it was made with love! BUT I have to complain because I called one day and asked for delivery, even though I stay in a development close by the restaurant, the Chinese man who answered after I gave him my address said (along these lines) "so you cant come pick it up?" with an attitude! I explained to him that I didnt have the car at the moment because I stay in a one car household. Then he sighed and was like "ok." First, if you offer delivery why should it matter if I stay close by and I shouldnt of had to explain myself to him. If you dont like delivering to near by neighborhoods then maybe you should advertise it but dont make me feel guilty for not having a means of transportation to come pick it up. Other than that, I still love the food! Just be more courteous to customers on the phone because you dont know what others are going through, I just wanted some good Chinese food without the hassle.

Hands down the best Chinese Ive had in dover. Ive tried them all. Plus they deliver. You HAVE to try the Cheese Birds best crab Rangoon Ive ever had. You dont even need to pay the buck for the red sauce but if you do heavenly. Place has been there a while and is run down but not dirty. AWESOME food good amount of meat and the front staff is fluent in English.

a bit on the dirty side, no restaurant seating, but the food was pretty good. there are many better options in dover though that are not as shady looking.if they spent a little money cleaning the place up and put some guest seating in it would be a 4 star.

Best Chinese food in Dover. In fact, better than most big city Chinese food. Fresh, crunchy vegetables, big shrimp, and won ton soup thats to die for. Nice people work there, too.

The prices are ridiculous, the food was dry, and it took over a hour and a half to get my food. My worst decision yet, dont waste your time!

The best Shrimp Chop Suey I have had. I get it extra spicy. Inside of restaurant so so, could use a make over, but food is awesome!
