I have to give Palermos an average rating due to the fact that they basically cut their italian sausage so thin, it resembles gyro meat. Also, they dont seem to use too many fresh ingredients (definitely canned mush and frozen spinach) AND they put tuna salad on top of their antipasto salad, which totally alters the taste of a salad into a tuna fish sandwich. I will give them another chance though because, according to the other reviews, their entrees and sandwiches are apparently fantastic. So pizza rating...eh. P.S. Giovannis is exactly the same because its the same family. So if you order pizza, order plain cheese.

You can tell these folks really work hard to provide great food, good fast service, and a good price. Theyre just good people. Ive been a loyal customer for 12 years, and happy to see them succeed. The Pizza and Italian hoagies are the best in town! Portion size is huge, which might lead to my only suggestion for improvement. It would be nice to be able to buy only a 6" hoagie, or a half portion of that awesome baked ziti for just a bit less.

Pizza is awful! We used to enjoy their pizza, but over the past year, it has gone from good to ok to absolutely terrible. Ours was cold like it had been cooked hours before our order. Soda was flat...check the dates on the bottle before you buy! Sorry, done with Palermo!

Lived in Stowe for 13 years and never had Palermos pizza. Picked one up today and it was great, and less expensive than the other places that I typically buy from. The pizza was better too. Found a new pizza shop for sure.

I ordered a Italian grinder...1st there was only cheese on half, 2nd the roll wasnt toasted at all and my roll was split all the way across the bottom so everything was falling out. Really disappointed.
