On August 15th myself and my sister visited your restaurant for the first time and had a great experience with your workers - a young white female with blonde hair (cashier) who had beautiful people skills and very patient and the server was a black thin female also with beautiful people skills who made the strawberry milk shake with chocolate that was also great. I revisited your business on August 25th taking my sister there for her birthday and had a bad experience with your food preparers. A few minutes after we ordered 2 salads and other items (of which I did not get back my receipt) that totaled over $42.?? I returned to the counter to change my order before they prepared it and it took some time for the cashier ( a older white female with dark hair) who had problems voiding out my order and adding the change. She later expressed she had to have a managers code. Our salads were delivered to us and was not what we ordered due to iceberg lettuce and not romaine lettuce. I went to the counter and told a white female with blonde hair pony tail it was not romaine lettuce and she insisted it was. I became angry and walked away because I expressed I know what romaine lettuce looks like. She also prepared a strawberry banana milkshake with chocolate but added ice to it which did not taste like the 1st one we got. My sister went to the counter and spoke to the white male who was the cooker and showed him he took the salads back and remade them with romaine but with less lettuce and vegetables ( a big difference from the other salad) at which time we did not take it back, we kept it. I spent a total of $52.?? and was very dissatisfied. We will not come back due to this experience. The crab cakes and mushrooms were excellent the servers were not.

Decided to try this place after driving past it the last couple months. Called in the order was told 10 minutes, when i got there it was ready which was great considering it was a 5 minute drive. Ordered a 4oz crab cake sandwich and an order of crabby fries. The crab cake its self was good-all real jumbo lump crab meat. it was crispy, seasoned well and didnt fall apart. the sandwich would of been better without the iceburg shredded lettuce only because it became soggy and discolored from sitting under the hot crab cake. the fries were cold, dry, hardly any crab dip on top...manly just alot of cheese on top which made eating them difficult. not worth the $12 i spent. might be back for the crab cakes but thats about it.

Its been a while since Quiznos left the Total Wine strip mall on Naamans Road. I just noticed today that Rigatonis Crab Cakes had taken the place of Quiznos and decided to try their crab cake sandwich lunch special. Its not the best crab cake Ive ever had but its pretty good for this area. Service was rather good as well. They handled my order efficiently. Anyway, crab cake places arent too common around here so I think Rigatonis is worth revisiting, and Ill definitely have to try the other items on their menu.

They are not the best crab cakes I have ever eaten, but certainly the best in the area. (Ive eaten a lot of seafood from notorious places) A lot of restaurants around here sell crab cakes with a bunch of imitation crab and breading. These crab cakes are full of lump crab meat. You wont even want crab cakes from other places after coming here. These crab cakes are totally better than high end seafood restaurants in the area. Give them a try.

I first tried this place at a night market in Philly and was in the area so I tried it again and wasnt disappointed. I went here today and my crab cake was less than good, it was falling apart and tasted old. Dont know if Ill be returning.

Sunday 3/18/17 - 4:30 - Went in to order 3 crab cake meals. They had no coleslaw. Twice I had to ask for cocktail sauce. When I got home, I still had tartar sauce. The French Fries I paid for were not with the order.
