Purchased food there tonight and it was missing an item. I called when I got home and the "manager" was quick to dismiss me and tell me that they didnt charge me for the missing item .... I told him that wasnt true (and I had the receipt to prove it). He told me I was more than welcome to come back and buy another chicken. By this point he had me so furious I told him that he did not want me coming in there ! He kept it up and I called him a name and told him I would take it up with corporate. I wound up getting in my car and wasting more time and showing this idiot the receipt ... He then gave the lamest apology ever. I told him it didnt need to escalate to where it did - he took it to a whole new level when he told me that I didnt pay for the time that they forgot to put in the bag and I could come back and purchase another chicken. He should have listened to me and checked his receipts before making such a bold statement. He went as far as saying "oh I remember that receipt - you werent charged". Obviously this happens a lot. Never ever again will we be going there.

I hadnt been to this sonic in around 5 years, because the last time I had been there, they screwed up my order 3 times in one visit (3rd time, I just got a refund and left). I figured enough time had passed that maybe service had changed. NOPE. Very first order, they got it wrong. Walked up to the service entrance and placed the food on the only horizontal surface there - a stack of high chairs. A friendly employee got the "manager" and she proceeded to tell me I had the incorrect receipt (it was the only one they gave me). I told her that it was all I got, and she disappeared inside. When she came out, she gave me a refund receipt, and asked me to throw away the old order (keep in mind, I had PROOF that they had bought the food back, and thus it was now THEIR problem). I gave her the dirtiest look, and she turned around and went back into the kitchen, even as I was asking her what her name was. Terrible customer service. Avoid.

me and my dad got a milkshake and it went to a different car the waiter comes out and ask us what we got and we tell her so she goes in and goes out the side door to an other car and get our drinks and BRING them over to use and my dad said to her that we did not want them because they were in then other car so she goes inside for a little bit and brings out our supposedly new drinks. we get home and i finished mine and at the bottom there were TWO cherries and ther is suppose to be only one on the to i got on on the top and bottom so they will never get mine my dad or my moms money ever again!!!!

The food is good, but the service absolutely sucks!!! The last 2 times I went I had to wait 10 minutes AFTER PAYING before I got my food, I was the only customer there, and I was in the Drive thru!!! The guy who took my order always has a nasty attitude even when he works at the window.

I see why they are all closing down. Between the high prices and the poor service I am surprise they made it this long. They messed up my order and the replacement was not hot. More than $5 for the burger and over $6 for a small chicken sandwich.

Always busy at the end of the night. Even after waiting for fifteen minutes in the drive thru my food is always hot and delicious. I go here a lot with friends, its fun to sit in their covered area.
