잘 구워진 패티가 들어간 햄버거, 바삭하게 튀겨 시즈닝한 프라이, 밀크 쉐이크가 아주 맛있음. 햄버거가 나올동안 즐기는 짭짤한 땅콩을 까먹는 재미가 있음. 밝고 활기찬 매장 스태프들의 서비스도 만족스러움. 다만 방문한 날 매장의 청결 상태는 평소보다 못해 아쉬웠음.

Ive eaten there a couple of times. The menu offers little, but whats on it is great. Some of the best burgers Ive had. Caramelized/Grilled onions, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, mayo, american cheese with two beef patties and buns. Best sandwich combo. Fries are good, but I hate fry skins. Unlimited refills with a touch screen soda dispenser. I usually get vanilla sprite. Tip: Get small fries and a small drink.

Friendliest staff of any five guys Ive been to. Nobody just stands around between orders, either, always cleaning and restocking supplies. Food is consistent with other five guys, at least the fries are since thats the only thing I order. Wish the company would stop using eggs in their bun so I could have a veggie sandwich.

Great product. Generally friendly staff. Price is on the upper end of tolerable. Music is hard to take, but if you order and leave with your food, its more bearable. Nobody likes every music choice, but the volume control was put there for a reason. Dont make it unpleasant to wait for the order.

The Five Guys in West Hartford is really good. It is typical Five Guys with free peanuts and high quality ingredients, but the decor inside is very clean. Price is comparable to other fast food burger places. I would DEFINITELY bring a date, but only if she likes greasy burgers.
