The food is mediocre and expensive. The waiters/bartenders either lack personality or are unfriendly. The game room in the back (shuffle board, darts, pool) is good but is rarely climate controlled so don’t go there for that if it’s really hot or cold out. The live music (Seaside Tavern’s apparent claim to fame) is mostly hit or miss, and there’s always a cover charge. The parking situation is absolutely terrible! Bottom line: Stop by if you’re in the area anyway (Cove Island Park) or a band you follow is playing there, but definitely don’t go out of your way or make a special trip to Seaside Tavern. If you’re looking for a live music fix, there are better local alternatives like Tiernan’s (no cover), Monster B’s, O’Neill’s (South Norwalk), etc.

Erin service was so poor...first of all her job is serve the customer not drink w customers, however shes rude no customer service, unpleasant person for being a bartender...actually disgusting, idk if she was hungry or what ....but whatever it is ..for sure is hurting seaside business,she has no clue how to serve patrons...if u smart be away from this place as long as she is there...if they dont have a bartender better start looking for a good one!!!! Theres a lot of bars in Stamford with better service!!!

I work a half mile from Seaside and refuse to go there ever again. Over priced beers, under poured drinks at a premium price, and food that it edible at best. Live music venue is one of the worst around and the bands are terrible. The only good experience you might have at Seaside is a weekend afternoon in their patio. Stick to beer and pizza only. The service will suck, but that is the only time I enjoyed myself here. I have tried, been here 10 or 12 times with coworkers, they wont go here any more either.

We were a bunch of 15+ and had a great time at the Seaside Tavern in Stamford. Good ambience, good and fast service. They have variety of liquors and chilled beers. The food quality in my opinion could be improved a little bit, but overall everyone had a good time there.

Awful service...rude hostess/waitress. If youre not a "regular" expect stares..we felt very uncomfortable and left after the appetizer came. Not a place for "outsiders".
