Went to Friday night dinner with my girlfriend (who has a gluten allergy). Initially wanted to go to Cheesecake Factory (next door) but the wait was 40+ minutes. However Im glad the evening worked out that way, from the moment we walked in the atmosphere was live! We were greeted by a friendly and warm welcoming employee who took our name down. Within 5 minutes we were given a table, I made a joke to my girlfriend about Cheesecake losing out on our business (this was overheard by the gentleman that greeted us) After being seated, our server Nery promptly took our order, and even checked with the kitchen about if a dish can be made gluten free. Everything was brought in a timely manner and in a courteous manner. A manager delivered our food and explained to my girlfriend of the gluten-free food preparation in their kitchen (which was enough for a 5 star dining experience) After we devoured our awesome dinner and drinks we were then approached by our server who offered us a complimentary dessert because it turns out the gentleman who initially greeted us and overheard the Cheesecake Factory joke to my girlfriend was actually the Manager (Jon)! And he was appreciative we decided to dine with Plan B instead of Cheesecake Factory. Having a great meal with great service is one thing but to genuinely feel welcome in a restaurant after a long day of work and school really puts the icing on the cake. It was a superb way to end our week! Keep up the great work Plan B Stamford, I will definitely be dining here again!

So what can I say. Plan B burger is hit. All the talk and swagger set it up for failure, but it came through. The burger was fantastic. Juicy, but not sloppy. Tasty, but beefy. And the bun, solid, not flaky but also not doughy. Theyve really hit the nail on the head here. The only minor, tiny little thing is the cheese selection. For a burger bar that delivers such a fantastic burger, you would think that "Um, I think its just cheddar, yellowy cheddar" would be a bit more of a concern, but Ill get over it. The beer selection was terrific too. Now, being the cheap bastard I am does it warrant the $12 price. yes, yes it does. Its a special burger. To be eaten at special times, so at $12 I think its well worth it. Oh, and we had a battered pickle and pepper basket as an appetizer. Another hit. Delicious selections of spicy and sweeter peppers, mixed in with sliced and whole (small) pickles, delightfully battered and fried to crispy perfection. 4.5 out of 5 stars. (and thats really, really good).

The absolute worst. Avoid like the plague! Slow service, noisy, and terrible food. Music is so loud I cant even hear myself think. But the burger? BLECH! I could have gone to Sonic and had a burger 1000x better. Id say it tasted like dog meat, but I wouldnt be cruel enough to feed this to an animal. Even after getting home and brushing my teeth I couldnt get the horrible taste of it out of my mouth. Go anywhere else. Go to Five Guys. Go buy a burger, take it home and cook it. Just DO NOT go here! Dont. Dont do it. I see you still thinking about it. Stop! Turn around now!! Youve been warned.

The worst service ever, both times I went. It took us over 45 minutes to get drinks an hour for food and the manager said he would comp items off our bill, never did. I worked in the industry for 8 years and can understand being in the weeds, but this was straight up lazy. The sad thing is their food is really good, the unorganized service staff just isnt worth going back.

Sure the food is good but that doesnt excuse the terrible service. Being seated and waiting 15 minutes for your server just to come by and ask for drinks is ridiculous. Then to top it off it takes another 10 just to bring the drinks back and then finally they take your order. By now youve been here for almost a half hour and youre just now ordering your food.

Our party of 4 had New Years Eve reservations for 9:00pm. Upon arrival we were pleasantly treated by the valet parking attendant. We entered the restaurant which instantly gives a warm welcome from its layout and decor, that is until we introduced ourselves to the hostess. Unfortunately her less than welcoming attitude was immediately apparent to all of us.

One of the worst places Ive ever eaten. The burger was mediocre, the food took too long, and the service was even slower. Our waiter forgot to bring the check after requested and only remembered when he walked by a full 10 minutes later. He then took 5 minutes to collect our payment and another few minutes to bring the card back. I will not be returning.

Ordered takeout the Bacon Cheeze burger and Truffle fries. The staff was friendly, the food was on time and prepared just as I asked--I ordered the burger rare and it was RARE, just like I like it. Scrumptious food, not over salted (big plus) and there was plenty of it. I will go again and recommend it highly.

One of the best places in Stamford, and even though its a burger bar, they gave plenty of gluten free and vegetarian items. The manager Dave is always friendly and masking sure everything is going smoothly, all of the waiters especially Alex, are sweet and amazing. Definetly visit this place.

The decor is rustic meets crass and the staff is very personable and funny. Their bar is well stocked with bourbon, but not tequilas or gins. The quality of all of the meat is truly excellent-my meat was ground with pork and very tasty. The food is a bit heavy and greasy.

Ive been here a couple of times and definitely a fan. Great beer and whiskey selection. Great burgers, loved the pretzel bun but definitely a little on the pricier side. Overall definitely recommend to anyone in the mood for a burger and beer.

I love this place. The quality of the burgers are out of this world, there is always a great beer selection, and the sides and specials are delicious. Ive never had bad service here, and although its a little pricy, you get what you pay for.
