On January 12th, I visited the New Haven, CT location to use the Blazin Buffalo promo cards I received. I had 4 cards, worth $30 total. My order came to $31.99. I arrived at 3:30pm to pick up my order, handed over my cards, and was charged $6.99. I politely told the cashier, Arianna, that it should only be $1.99, to which she rudely replied that she had scanned all of my cards, and it was still $6.99. I knew this was not true, but chose not to ask for the manager as there were 5 guests in line behind me, & I had a small time frame before I would miss the returning bus. Once I was home, I immediately called the location & explained what occurred to the manager. He pulled up my order, and confirmed that it should have only rang up to $1.99. He apologized, and said he would send me a gift card in the mail. As of 2/8 I have not received anything from this location. Also, I posted this to the BWW Facebook, and they have not contacted me regarding this issue. I will no longer eat at this location as they do not endorse employee honesty, and integrity. Employee theft is a very serious matter.

After a long day exploring New Haven I was looking forward to Buffalo Wild Winds, but this location is in need of some TLC. Upon entering there was no host to greet my friends and I. While my initial thought was that the host was occupied with other guest this was not true at all. The couple in front of us proceeded to seat themselves while a waiter later came to attend to my group. One booth had torn seats while ours had a seat that was very worn. Our waitress was pleasant and attentive. We had no issues with our orders and their burgers and wings were delicious. The drinks were rather light on alcohol, but I cant say I was surprised. Overall this experience was decent at best.

The service here is TERRIBLE. My girlfriend and I went in around 10:10pm. There were barely any customers in the place (we can count everyone on two hands) and once 10:33pm came around we left because after 20 minutes no one greeted us, took our order or even offered to get us drinks. Within that time, 3 more couples came in and were given drinks right away. We were furious and decided to drive to the BWW on Universal Drive. This establishment completely wasted our time and we will NEVER go back again. I wish I had known who was supposed to be our server because I wouldve definitely spoken to the managers and complained although I doubt they wouldve done anything anyways.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE -5 STARS ALL THE WAY! A TOTAL Disgrace to the franchise! The Management is worse than the employees, only one nice waitress there and I feel horrible for her. Management there is part of the problem and not about creating solutions to benefit the customers and in turn the establishment, Lack of true management and professionalism! they are running this business to the ground and misrepresenting a great franchise, truly a shame.

Super ghetto. But the woman are sexy and they know it. They didnt pay their direct tv bill and the TVs got cut off. Took 30 mins just to get an order of fries. Also took forever to bring me my refill. Too many black people. Just saying. The waitresses are slow and really dont care about their job. My chicken wings were raw and found a pube in my ranch dressing. This place is crappy. Dont go please!

Food was way overpriced, ribs my boyfriend got were charred, waitstaff was ghetto, our waittress was nice but didnt offer us more drinks until we flagged her down. The place was dirty, fingerprints and smug marks everywhere, dirty, ripped seats. Never again, I wish I had spent the extra 15 minutes to go to the one in milford, much better there! Oh and it took 35 minutes to get our food!

Had an awful experience here this afternoon. First visit ever. Party of 12, business was quite slow, Sunday lunch crowd. Waitress didnt ask if people who ordered wraps wanted fries or chips, instead she just supplied them with fries and a .50 per plate up-charge for it. Several orders were wrong. Bill was a disaster and took over an hour to get taken care of. Never again.

I dont know what you guys are talking about, but every time I go there it has been great! Amazing food and pleasant servers. The service speed is nothing out of the ordinary but it also isnt slow. I work at a restaurant so I know that sometimes things come up and it isnt how it should be so if u had a bad experience, dont judge it by that one time.

Okay, place was empty but service still seems to try to rush you in and out. Servers didnt offer refills. Just kept walking past asking is everything okay, are you done, do you need the check. A restaurant should feel relaxing and be able to enjoy family time not feel rushed in and out. Food was okay.

Service was quick during busy hours I expended to get 'batched cooked' food that had been sitting but my boneless wings and fries were fresh and fast. Fun enviroment, things have gotten a lot better here and I see new faces working here. Finally a good change! :D

GHETTO PLACE. Service is horrendous. The waitresses are so slow and rude, and there is nothing that they will EVER do about it. I dont understand how you can have good wings, and the waitress can do such an awful job. Its disgraceful.

I asked for mild chicken boneless wings and they brought me out the powder seasoning. Waiter didnt ask to replace it. I ended up paying for 2 meals that night and gave the powder seasoning wings to a friend

I went a few nights ago and they got our drink orders wrong (just 3 beers) and it took 1 hour for us to get our food after we ordered and you could tell the wings had been sitting :/

Furniture had tape on it and most times u gotta deal with a crowd thats between 18 n 22 so that can b a young aggy experience but wings r wings and u cant go wrong with that
