My family and I went to Ruby Tuesdays and it was a train wreck. We all had gotten a salad from the salad bar and my mother in law had spilled a little salad topping because it was in the back and couldnt reach it, we received dirty looks from the lady cleaning and restocking the salad bar all night, being that we were seated directly next to the salad bar. My little sister bought a Spinach and artichoke dip and her chips were rubbery, soggy and covered in oil. We asked our waitress to bring us new ones and she did, but only this time they were ice cold like it had been sitting a freezer just beforehand. Next we got our entrees and my mother in law had ordered the triple turf platter or something along those lines, the fish she had ordered - which should have been cooked fully in order to eat- was raw. This time we sent it back and asked for a manager and a full refund of that plate. When the manager came out she admitted that the fish was completely raw and that it was totally unacceptable. So she proceeded to take that and the chips off the list. Oh, and just throwing it out there, there was ABSOLUTELY NO REASON for any of our food to be late- which it was, or UNCOOKED, because there was only 15 people COLLECTIVELY in that restaurant tonight. Such a disappointment, definitely will NOT be coming back here with MY money.

I went here on Saturday 10/25/15, we got seated right away which was great. Ive never been there before so Im not sure if thats normal for a Saturday night. But we received our drinks pretty quickly but they were not strong at all! It was like a bunch of juice. After a short wait we received our appetizers. All of my friends got the four way sampler. EVERYTHING looked like it has soaked in oil before actually cooking it tasted very oily, and the color of it appeared as if the oil they fried everything in was OLD. We decided not to order more food. Instead of wasting our money and not being satisfied we went home and made our own food and drinks. The only thing that made our experience ok was the quick service, and the very nice waitress Debbie. I dont think I would go there again. The shots cost as much as a drink lol.

Went here tonight for mothers day. The staff was nice. However, the food was not good at all. I ordered the 10oz steak with 2 sides, loaded potatoe and salad bar. The salad bar was out of just about everything. There were 10 of us waiting for plates...after picking through what was left over...it was Ok. Then we waited an additional 45 minutes for the dinner to arrive...and it was wrong. My family waited a whole hour for a wrongly cooked steak. Also, a 10oz steak was patheticly small and its $20.00 for it. They offered to replace it, but after waiting all this time, I wasnt going to wait anymore. I will definitely never eat here or at any Ruby Tuesday again. Oh, and I never write these things.

Dishes were so dirty. Plates at salad bar, served plates, even the very nice waitress noticed a dirty wine glass just before filling the glass and brought a clean one. The kicker is the manager happened to walk up to us after we paid the bill to see how the meal was. She asked for the truth, so we told her. She credited our credit card and apologized and thanked us for telling her. She honestly seemed like heads were going to roll! Pleasent wait staff. A little slow though... Manager seemed very good.

Visited with my parents while visiting NY. The food was excellent, but I didnt give it a fifth star because we sat in the bar area and the bartender that served us was not very attentive. She came to the table one time to see if we were alright, and when we asked for something, she sent someone else to deliver it to the table. She really wasnt busy behind the bar, as there was another bartender there. Overall, it was enjoyable, and had a nice atmosphere.

I honestly love this place and their food. Their Mac and cheese is delicious and their steaks are cooked just as asked. I went here many times with my boyfriend and every time we left with our faces stuffed and money well spent. Staff is so friendly and if I had to choose between Apple bees, TGIF, or Ruby Tuesdays, I would go Ruby Tuesdays all the way.

Hostess was rude. Waiting on table that was cleaned but not set for 10 min. On a Saturday night. I dont think so. Try Cafe Gia next door they were friendly accommodating and the food was out of this world. The wait staff was very professional knowledgeable about the different dishes and the bill was affordable.

For my birthday lunch was so looking forward to a nice meal. The bourbon pork chop which is very good but today there was no heat so eating with your jacket on was not good. Was freezing while eating your meal. Usually I would have rated this a 5 but today I dont give it a 2. And no biscuits were offered. Betty

The rack of ribs was good however the French fries were very salty. They replaced the fries but I believe that salt is a very personal thing and that they should come without salt thats why there is salt at the tables. Service was good. Staff friendly. Aside from the salt it was a pleasant experience.

Slow Sunday night, and i was standing at the front door for about 10 minutes, i guess thats not bad sitting at the table for about 10 minutes and no one said one word to me, no drink no hi Ill be with you in a minute, so I just walked out, and i really like Ruby Tuesday. Ill never come back.

I usually go to this restaurant about 2 times a month. The service is usually pretty good. The prices are reasonable and the selection is versitile. If you have a problem they are quick to correct it. I always enjoy my dinner and the new salad bar is great.

Morell our waiter was awesom.. Im very hard to satisfy, an today I brought 5 people an my self I was extremely satisfied the pork chop yum!!! An everything was just terrific... An everone in my party was very happy...this was a happy mothers day!!!!

Service was good. Drinks came quickly. Staff was ok. Food was a let down. The steak was soggy and not seared at all. I had the bourbon salmon and it did not have any flavor. Maybe ot was an off day. Weve been here before. Burgers are always good.

came with a group of five. waiter put every drink with the wrong person, after we each made two trios to the salad bar while waiting for drinks and food. when food arrived it was all burnt and incorrect. no one apologized. also it was freezing

Food was great, our waitress was a bit slow and it seemed as if no adults were working and it was a bunch of kids fooling around in the back, asked for the check and watched my waitress do everything but get the check..

Not impressed at all! Cold frys undercooked bacon which I understand it happens but what makes me upset is the server never came back to see how everything was.... so I couldnt even get new frys!!! Not going back
