Growing up in Berlin CT, I had many choices for pizza (as any Berlinite would know). After moving to New Britain, Marathon was the closest pizza place to my home, so thats where I went. Now, even if I moved back to Berlin, Id drive to Marathon to get my pizza. The best pizza Ive ever had, no doubts. I get bacon, broccoli, mushroom & onion on mine, but no matter what your favorite toppings, once you try Marathons pizza, itll be your favorite too!

I live right up the street and have been eating here my whole life. Its probably the first pizza Ive ever tried! I can promise you that this place is legit and Ive never had a bad experience. I have eaten here for the last 33 years at least 1-2 times a week and never grown tired of it. If you live in New Britain or the surrounding area theres no excuse not to visit. Just go!

if they had 10 stars i would give it to them.. BEST PIZZA IN TOWN!! HANDS DOWN!!!!!!! second best is East side :) .... i loveeeeeeee the resturant n the smell of it.. smells just like a pizza place should smell like ...only thing I WISH THEY DELIVERED :)

Marathon makes a great Greek style pizza and their grinders are top notch. They dont deliver so I dont know why a previous reviewer mentioned Tips and delivery drivers???? Besfort must have the wrong place.

We use to eat here as kids and to this day, this is one of 3 of the best pizza restaurants around. Prices are more than just reasonable & they still have the pacman game! Makes you wanna slap to momma

Since we moved to new britain 3 1/2 yrs. ago, we tried out Marthon pizza... We love it, we havent stopped going back. The food is REALLY DELICIOUS. PRICES ARE JUST AS GOOD... TRY IT YOULL LOVE IT.

Best pizza in New Britain not to mention awesome Roast Beef grinders. Definitely worth picking up vs anyone else that delivers. Get there early and play some Ms Pac Man while you wait.
