After a long day of traveling across the country i just wanted a good meal and boy was i pleasantly surprised. I found an item on our room service menu in my room that i really wanted. We went to the restaurant to sit and have dinner. When I ask the Josh the bar tender he said he would check and see if they could do it. When he came back I was told that they did not have the puff pastry that went on top. I said no problem. 2 min later Josh came back and said that Chef JJ is going to make me it fresh. I could not believe they were going to do this 45 min before closing. When my meal came out it was not only beautiful but Hot, creamy and delicious. This staff went the extra mile and made a customer for life. Thanks guys

The whole thing was a terrible experience. It was the worst Thanksgiving set up that Ive ever seen. The food was ok at best,selection was very limited,almost no vegetables,desserts were 3 pies maybe. Then they had a horrible looking breakfast station where you could get a fresh omelet cooked,on Thanksgiving...We had a reservation,still waited an hour for a table and it took about an hour to get thru the line to get food. The bill was so expensive,if I had been paying I would have asked to speak to a Manager but I was with some one who is afraid of confrontation that he paid the 200$ bill!!! Definitely dissatisfied with the entire experience.
