The worse taco bell i have ever been in with my husband and kids. Walked in and waited about 5 mins to get my order taken. After placing my order at 7:50 pm i waited till 8:30 pm for them to tell me your order is ready but as i go up to the counter only four items was available, and their excuse was that they ran out of beef so they asked me if you want you can wait another ten mins or we can give you a refund. so i decided to get my refund but it didnt make any difference because to get my refund i had to wait another 7 mins till the manager figure out how to but it back on my card. Hopefully they will find better workers to improve that store i rate it as a -10 very disappointed.

Pretty average when compared to other better Taco Bells that I have been to. Service at the counter was slow because they were backed up in drive through. Out of Diet Pepsi. Cashier at drive-thru was also counter cashier. Does make sense though since this specific one gets terribly quiet for a while, then suddenly gets too many orders at once. She was friendly and cheerful though. Love the menu at all locations, but this one tastes like it was cooked by procedure. Which is good. Id give four stars, but last three times Ive been here, I waited at the counter for longer than normal. And drive-thru lines can be too long. One employee too short.

I love Taco Bell this is pretty much for typical Taco Bell Im sure most of have been there by now if you have not you got to get there if you enjoy your tacos I shouldnt have to explain it cuz everybody should know where it is by now but if theres some crazy people out there that dont know its not your typical Mexican restaurant at the fast-food taco joint and it has cheap talk was there for a good value and it tastes pretty good I prefer it myself over most places such as McDonalds I would say go there if you get the chance.

I only gave it 1 star because there are no negative stars. The few times Ive been there sucked. Hair in food, missing order items, employees who could care less about customer service. The parking lot is also consistently filled with little low rider cars blaring music & crowds of people. Not exactly inviting when theres no where to even park.

The staff is very friendly unfortunately they always get our order wrong. One time when we were in there one of the workers friends came in they were having a party and the worker gave them a bunch of plastic bags and their friends filled the bags full of ice while they gave directions to the party to the worker.

Seating area was clean. There was No Line But We still had to wait for a server. Like maybe 2-3 minutes not really happy about that however someone else from the lune had the common sense to acknowledge us. Ill still go back because they are usually better than that....

The absolute worst customer service in a Taco Bell drive thru that I ever had. I will not be returning to this location. Such a contrast to the Groton, CT store that went above and beyond. Truly disappointed with the Middletown, CT location.

Place consistently gets my order wrong every time I go there service is just bad nothing is ever made right missing ingredients or not made how I ask I will never go to this taco bell again and will now make the drive to Cromwell to get my fix

People at the drive thru are very upbeat and friendly. And they multitask like a mofo. They also make the Spicy Double Triple Crunchwrap really big, unlike the one in Cromwell. Ive ordered here 7 times this past week.
