Marisel was so rude. I cant even believe how rude she was. In all my years I have NEVER EVER been disrespected this way. I asked her for an extra minute to decide on my order and she yelled "that she has a drive thru timer" it wasnt what she said it was HOW she said it. I went around to the window and I tried to explain why I needed the extra time she takes my payment and throws the money in my FACE and says "then leave" . I will NEVER go here and I wouldnt suggest anyone else waste time or money here.

Fire everyone thats worked since March of 2017 until now (May 16th). I swear to you that my friend and I have came here every week for maybe 2 plus years (catch up & get together). The past 5 - 6 weeks theyve screwed up our order! How do you screw up a order, it gets reported then you fix it; but still mess up the re order!!! Poor management and team. Writing it on paper the next time #2, with cheese damn it!!! Id cuss em out, if I didnt want it with a side of saliva!

So far this location is 1-4 whenever I ask for an oreo sundae shake. they usually give me a regular vanilla ice cream with oreo toppings instead of the sundae shake which comes with chocolate syrup and what not. The best part is sometimes I even get charged the sundae shake price and get the cheap one. I usually consider it dumb and pointless to write a review for a place like burger king, but I also find it dumb to consistantly get a 1 item order wrong.

The food here is always good the service is insanely terrible the drive through people are rude the managers could care less about helping costumers its just the worst experience ever however there was a couple really nice people in there but I havent seen them I hope they come back cause I wouldnt recomend that place to a dog

It wasnt busy. I asked for "no tomato, no onion" on my sandwich, my husband asked for "no onion" on his. The cashier got it right, the gossips in back did not. We werent the only family that had issues either. The soda machine was dirty, and the floors hadnt been swept in a while. Needs better management.

Food takes a while to get sometimes. Even when going to the drive through you have to drive around and wait in front. What is frustrating is when you see 3 employees sitting by a car while you wait for your food...but maybe they were all on a break?

Worst place ive ever tried to order food from. At least three times ive had to leave the drive through after waiting 5 or more minutes to order with no hello, hola, nothing. They suck here. Oh and when I have recieved food it was gross!

Ive never been though the drive through where they have the food ready. I always have to drive around a park until they bring the food out. Not good for a quick breakfast while heading to work. . Decent food though.

No ice in the drink machine, un-attentive staff, and creepy old man sitting and starring at people in the lobby. Yup just a typical Burger King. Food was within corporate standards and as lousy as I expected.
