We decided to try this place out. The drinks, appetizers and salad was good but the main dishes were pretty bad. I ordered steak medium rare It came out tough and a bit hard to cut. I cant figure how a medium rare steak could come out so bad? bottom of the line meat maybe? My husband ordered the pork chop dinner that consisted of 3 very thin boneless dry porkchops. Stay away from the meat if you eat here. As for dessert I ordered the blueberry and pear cobbler ( very good) and my husband ordered the lemon sorbert ( it came in a hollowed out lemon, so he got a golf size ball of sorbert for $6 bucks. I will say the staff was very good just some bad food.

Atmosphere is decent, staff is nice, the bread you get in the beginning is good, everything else is terrible. I tried this place once a year or so ago, forgot what i got but i know it didnt have any flavor. Gave it a second chance last night, ordered eggplant parm. I couldnt taste any cheese at all, the sauce tasted like VERY watered down V8 tomatoe juice, the eggplant it self only tasted like salt. So basically my intire 17$ entree tasted like salty watered down tomatoe juice, couldnt taste any eggplant or cheese. A dish like this has potential to be very very good but i honestly wouldve prefered one of those 3$ microwave pasta entrees from Barilla.

The highlight of the meal came early, autumn sangria - white wine, cider, apple slices followed by bread and roasted garlic. The rest of the meal was marginal. Fettucini alfredo w chicken . . . the alfredo was not rich, it needed at least more cheese. Chicken christina was a bland chicken & linguini dish that supposedly included prosciutto but was not salty. Two meals made w/o out passion. Our conclusion - our money back, the calories taken back, so we could have dinner at a good restaurant.

I give it 3 stars because of the service which was fantastic. My wife and I have been to Amici three times before and I have ordered the Cajun steak every time and it has been exquisite. This time it was tough as leather and tasteless so I sent it back and ordered the veal marsala which was bland as well. It wouldnt have been so bad but the prices for everything had gone up too. I hope we just came on a bad night because we have never been disappointed by Amicis before.

The worst service Ive EVER had. Server took an hour just to give us drinks. And then we got our food and two of ours steaks were RARE after we asked for them medium well and then he told us he didnt want to throw them out because he spent $150 on the steak and argued and then threaten us and he was the owner. NEVER take your family there. Owner is RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL. And he did all of this in front of my 7 year old niece who was terrified.

Soup was cold, long black hair in the salad, buffalo chicken tenders were not fresh whatsoever. Tasted 3 days old, they basically microwaved them and slopped sauce on them. TERRIBLE!! Never going back again. I guess because they think because they have outdoor seating their food doesnt have to be good. Honestly, These ppl leaving good reviews must either work here or are friends with the owner.

After several trips here, we continue to enjoy the very good food, exceptionally broad menu, and friendly knowledgeable service. Their portions are large so we nearly always have a second meal, and the prices are reasonable. Amicis also sports a good wine list and the location right around the corner from Cold Stone Creamery makes desert very easy!

We like to go to happy hour there for the free appetizers. That bartender, Lenny, takes really good care of us. When we go dinner the food is always fresh and delicious and the portions are so generous as to provide a lunch the next day. If you want great Italian food, with warm, friendly service you cant go wrong with Amicis.

Food was okay, good prices for what you get, but compared to others in the area the food was not nearly as good. Service was great. Atmosphere is so so, booths and kind of looks like a redone chinese restaurant. Great for family dinner, but went for a nice date with husband and was not what I was going for.

If a full stick of butter is just enough "sauce" for your tortellini, then this is your kind of place. Good tortellini should be something to savor - something you can actually taste, not just a conduit for butter and cheese. The service was excellent and the patio a great place to enjoy a meal.

This place rocks. The stuffed mushrooms were moist and left a savory herb taste in your mouth. The Alfredo was buttery and delicious. The freshly ground Ecuadorian coffee was light and flavorful. The waitress Sarah had a great smile, beautiful, laugh, and great humor. An amazing experience

Great Place for Lunch. Enjoyed a nice lunch date with my wife yesterday. Excellent and very quick service. Food was very good. Pricing was extremely reasonable, wouldve expected it to be more expensive based on the quality of the food. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

This restaurant was a pleasant surprise. Wed planned to go to another restaurant that closed early , so we ended up here and Im so glad we did! The food was INCREDIBLE! Would definitely recommend the scallops. Cant wait to go back.

My favorite restaurant never disappoints! Everything here is worth trying....from the lasagna to the penne agostino to the lobster ravioli. They have a nice outdoor area in the summer, and the servers are always on their game.

Entrees were great, salad needs some sprucing. Prices were OK, slightly higher than I thought they should be. Lobster ravioli was great, good presentation. Veal parmigiana was average. Would recommend, entrees start at about $20

I did my doughtiers first communion there few years ago. We enjoyed every minute with our friends and my family. Good Italian food, good atmosphere and good deal. I consider to do my sons first communion this year too, there.

This restaurant is a great restaurant! But it has recently gotten even better. More selections on the already wonderful menu and a delightful waitstaff! Ive been going here since it opened and it keeps getting better!!
