Love other Wayback Burgers, but this one was dirty and my burger was literally dripping with so much grease that I couldnt eat it and soaked through a pile of napkins on my plate. Fries were undercooked, service was lazy. Girls working were hanging out with their friends at tables practically yelling despite customers being present. HORRIBLE!

this is the 3rd time I recently went there and they still cant get it right. every time I go there they forget a portion of my meal, like my fries and then I again have to wait for them so I cant enjoy my full meal. cant stand it anymore thought 3rd would be the charm boy was I wrong. they even read back the order. what a joke

Totally awesome. Delicious burgers and loved their Irish Nachos. Milkshakes are amazing too. Best place to go in Meriden. Extremely friendly staff, and you can tell theyre not faking the kindness like other restearunts.

Filthy. Wrote "DIRTY" with my fingernail in the grease on the table top. Floor was sticky. Rest room was gross. Burgers were standard frozen fast food. The Board of Health needs to inspect this place.

Delicious juicy burgers. Everything is made fresh, right there in front of you. The onion rings rock. A bit expensive, but its worth it.
