U had the worst experience ever with the Rocky Hill Location...On Aug 9th 2017..i went in and ordeted 37 dollars worth of food to get all the way home and to have food missing. I called right away.. A very apologetic female answered and said that she was the one to mess up our order and to rectify it..if i came in the next day wirh my receipt then not only will they give me what i was missing but woild throw in anorher sandwich for my troubles. I agreed and hung up..well the vert next day..Lunch time i went to collect on our deal..for the owner to not only deny me what was promised over the phone..but he took my receipt threw it away...then refused to give me the extra sandwich or my money back and then had the nerve to call the cops on me because of their mess up..never in my life will go back to this establishment....not a way to run a business...

First experience with wayback; didnt know there were so many locations. Food was good. The crispy chicken sandwich was really hot and juicy. Kids liked their shakes, although I would have said it was a lot more milk than ice cream. But this particular location is completely inefficient. Only one guy at the grill looked like he knew what he was doing. Another guy just stood in the middle of chaos and had to be given step by step instructions to do anything. As another reviewer mentioned, you get your shake first (took two girls a good 15 minutes to make 4 shakes); then the fries were ready so kind of lukewarm by the time burgers came off the grill. Would recommend the concept but definitely not come back to this particular store.

In general, I love Wayback burgers, but this location is bad. When I order to go, I get my food in installments over a 20 minute period. First, the shakes come out right away. Then 10 minutes later the fries. Eventually the burgers come out, but they spent the last 10 minutes with the buns laying on a wet cuttingboard. Nothing is quite so unappealing as a slimy mushy burger bun and a warm milkshake. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Shame on you, Jakes. SHAME.

Food is usually good but twice now Ive taken home and paid for extra food I did not order nor want....and the burgers came plain, cold and smushed. I even went over the order when i picked ut up and removed the 10 dollars worth of food i never ordered...and still they got it wrong and the food was worse than McDonalds. $20 for two burgers makes this unacceptable...,will not order from this location again.

The food is good, but the service and workers are terrible and unprofessional. They are very disorganized and employees sitting around on their phones. They all talk among each other, about unprofessional things, as if there arent customers sitting right there. Poor management and supervision. Its a shame. Ive seen 3 similar reviews within the past week alone

Its a great burger place, on par with five guys and the like. I had a juicy burger with awesome fries and a wonderful milkshake to boot. Service was friendly and hassle-free, and the food came much more quickly then I expected. I highly recommend Jakes Wayback Burger.

The family was extremely happy with our first experience and we will definitely be back. Have been to other burger restaurants and their burgers were missing something... these were seasoned just right and the service was fast and courteous.. Cant wait to go back!!!!
