Tried to order a simple combo meal and nuggets. Got the wrong burger, no fries, chicken sandwich, no drink. Went inside to get my order fixed, but apparently, the lobby was supposed to be closed and locked, so there was confusion. Got the wrong burger (again), cashier got in a shouting match with the cook. FINALLY got the right burger (15 minutes later), fries, etc, but wasted a good chunk of time doing so.

The food at this BK location is standard. This location looks like all other BKs in the area. The staff got my order done quickly (20 nuggets), for a reasonable price (~$3) because of the promo 10nuggets/$1.49. I had my credit card stolen from the drive thru attendant once years ago, so now I double check that I actually have my card handed back to me before I leave.

WENT IN AND WAITED WITH 2 PEOPLE IN LINE. WAITED AND WAITED, NOBODY EVEN ACKNOWLEDGED ME OR THE OTHER GUY WAITING. THE GUY WHO HAD ORDERED ALREADY WAS ALREADY WAITING AND WAITING. I LEFT AND WENT NEXT DOOR TO WENDYS WHICH WAS QUICK BUT THE FOOD SUCKED BUT THATS FOR MY OTHER REVIEW.

Waited, order wrong!! (Seriously) attitude lousy. No apology for wrong order, bad service, or less than "having it our way!" Definitely not the place to stop to feed the children on a long car ride! Head to Wendys next door! Nicer service and order completed correctly and quickly!

Im doing a late night run as i head into work for the second night in a row. Now I cant tell you what the day services like night service is point. They even fix the mistake with no questions asked. The only reason I dont give them 5 stars its because I dont eat out a lot.

Typical BK. Which means: pretty gross. Service and cleanliness were fine, but the food was mediocre at best, even by burger king standards. My chicken was overcooked and - as usual - heavy on the mayo.
