Painfully slow service. With two people ahead of me in line at the drive thru, I waited 10 minutes just to place my order. Another 10 waiting to pay and be given my order. I asked for sauces at the window because any time in the past that I ask at the speaker they forget them. Even after asking a minute before they give me my order they forget the sauces. This time, fed up, I got back in line (now only 1 person ahead of me) to get the sauces I asked for, and a straw because they didnt give me that either. I had to wait an additional 15 minutes to get to the window. Now that I have the sauces and straw, I have cold food to eat. Thanks checkers for the pleasant experience. Youre better off going to an actual sit down restaurant with the 35 minutes it took me to get my order! It takes just as long to get through the drive thru and for them to get your order right as it does to be served promptly in a restaurant. I dont think they were ready to re-open, whether they are under-staffed or have untrained staff. Get it together!

Joe (on tag)was screaming at one of his workers... I felt so bad for her and an Asian woman was cursing at this young girl as well....! What kind of place is this!!! I think they were both managers...why does management think they can treat people like that. 2 customers left enraged.

currently in the drive through... Ive been sitting here for 30 minutes... with the same 3 people ahead of me. i will never come back..... editing my review fries were soggy and I asked for no mayo on my chicken sandwich so I got mayo on both sides of the chicken....

Whens the shake machine going to be up and running? You guys have been back open for over a week now. Should at least put up signs stating such until it is. Literally your staple against every other fast food joint in town.
