The staff were very preoccupied with talking to other customers which caused my order to be taken wrong. A side order of fried pickles were also missing when I left. When I returned for the missing order of fries and pickles the manager was brusque & didnt believe I had ordered these things when the cashier forgot to charge me for one of the orders of fries and was dismissive when I went to pay for it. Good food, bad service. EDIT: Got home the second time and found out that my chicken sandwich was actually a burger. Definitely not going back there again.

Even when the place is empty you have to wait an eternity to get your order taken and to get it. Staff is not friendly and idk the places gives me the creeps lol I rather go to the Milford location or anywhere else for that matter. Aside from the location the food is great and the milkshakes are the best hands down

I went here for the free VIP event, grand opening. Food was fast, I got it in just one minute, my whole family in four. The burger is good, nice angus. The buffalo fries are simple and good, come with ranch.

Great burgers! I think our server was a meth which tho, very run down and get teeth are black. Kept coming to the table to often to see how we were. Very clean pave and clean facilities.

Waited here for awhile to place our order and we never got helped. The people in front of us waited over 10 minutes to place their order. After a while we just left and went elsewhere.

I was not impressed by the food. The fries are nothing special and were kind of soggy. The burger was just ok but nothing to rave about. The service was good and the place was clean.
